Currently phasing out of my pelvic physical therapy and this product was recommended by my Physical Therapist. This product is to help soothe and relax the vaginal muscles, which in turn, helps your pelvis work better in many ways. I coordinate a few days out of the week and take my time while slowly switching from one side to the other.

My PT raves about this product. I wish it worked for me. I can’t feel enough to tell that it is doing anything. I’ve watch many videos/tutorials. Then I just end up feeling nauseous. Just because it isn’t helpful for me doesn’t mean it won’t be helpful for you.

This contraption has realease that pain. Wish o knew about his product years ago. Such a simple design but a very effective product. If your really right yes there will be an uncomfortable pressure pain but then the pain is gone same day or the next day depending how tight you were on the first place

Der Stab war eine Empfehlung von meiner Beckenbodenphysiotherapeutin um Verspannungen bei hyperreaktivem Beckenboden gezielt triggern und lösen zu können. Funktioniert sehr gut und ist leicht in der Anwendung.
