The water smelled and tasted terrible coming out of the fridge. I knew it was not the water line, due to replacing the filter all was good. I called customer service and spoke to Rosie, who was incredibly helpful and replaced my filter with a new one, and as a bonus for my trouble sent me an extra filter. It is great to see a company stand by their products. Thank you.

Adjustment tool is a life saver. I almost broke the filter connector in the fridge before I realized that something is wrong. Then I watched video about the problem with incorrect connector position and ordered this set. The tool fixed connector's position and filter was installed properly and easily. Five stars for the filters and five stars more for the included tool!
