So far these are great; exactly what I wanted. I’m used to wearing this type of Bluetooth headset, and wanted a backup since my current one is several years old. The sound quality is great, they’re nice and lightweight so don’t hurt my ears, and have decent battery life. They pair really easily as well! I’ve only had them a week or so, but zero complaints!

So far, they work great!! Easy to use and Very easy to place in ear. Co nected to my phone with ease. Plus the hook that goes over the ear, keeps this ear piece in place. I hope it last for a long time.

This was a replacement for Jabra Sport 45. Works way better, stays on comfortably and the sound quality plus battery life has been fantastic. I've been using daily for a couple weeks. The price is a serious plus. Jabra was a rip off and very difficult to keep in ear with the super cheap silicone ear grips.

I purchased these in February of 2023. I don't write too many reviews, even though I rely heavily on reviews before I purchase anything, but these little guys truly deserve one.To begin with I have to say that the battery life of these ear pieces is AMAZING! I get about 6-7 days or use out of each one, and that's with heavy daily usage. The quality of the sound is really good and the microphone is really good too. I regularly ask people how I sound on the other end of a call and I have never been told anything negative about how I sound to them. And the fact that you get two of these is awesome. One is always ready to go when one does finally go dead, and it's stored in a really nice protective case. And you get two cases as well.The date today is May 25, 2024. Two days ago I got into our 22' above ground swimming pool, and because these buds fit so well and are so comfortable that i forget I'm actually wearing them, I swam around and actually submerged my head at least 3 or 4 times before realizing that I had it on. I called myself a few choice names that I won't repeat at this time, because I really love these things and i know how good they really are. I took the ear bud off and put it aside to deal with later. When I finely went back inside, I shook it out to remove a few remaining drops of water out of it then hung it up in front of a box fan that I keep by my bed, overnight to try to dry it out and "save it" even though I thought it was all for nothing, because we all know what water will usually do to electronics. I let it sit all that first night and all yesterday. I recharged the battery last night, because it wouldn't turn on at all, and just now, Saturday morning, I turned it on and it started up and it connected to my phone automatically like it had always done before. I'm actually listening to music on it as I'm writing this review, and it still sounds great like it always has. Take a bow New Bee designers. You have a customer for life. Thank you.

This model is the newest in my array of earpieces that I have had over the years. These are a tad larger than most of the ones in my arsenal, however they are very light. On the plus side I can say that the earpieces themselves are the most comfortable that I have ever had (and I have had a lot). They fit well, don't fall out, don't ache an hour later, nothing. Close to perfection there.My negative (and it is a serious one) is the gain structure on the audio. All phone calls are distorted (I bought two, they both do the same thing). The menu system is perfectly clear and the audio is great, but once I make a call, distortion city. I can still use them and make out the voices just fine. My test people (there are a group of us) report that the mic and outgoing quality are great. But it does not matter the type of phone that I call or receive, the service provider, nothing. I get an over-compressed distorted audio experience. I can deal with the larger size as they are a tool to me rather than a fashion statement, so as a tool they are not quite hitting the mark. I will hang onto them, but they will not be my go-to.
Crackling noise, too much background noise, average battery life
Too loose on the ear, drops off during work, Crackling , average battery life , have to use both to work through the day

like: lightweight and price. Dislike: bit ugly but good enough at this price point.
Poor comparison to previous Plantronic 500
I had previously used Plantronic 500 and went looking for another only to find it no longer exists. The New Bee is bulkier and less comfortable. Does not give prompts for remaining battery life or for devices connected. Whilst cheaper it is a poor replacement.

Poor external noise cancellation
Poor external noise cancellation. Like many low-cost devices of this type, they proclaim their noise cancelling capabilities, but don't deliver much if anything - water running from a tap into the sink is my test case. Looks like a Plantronics 5200 etc is the only effective device to deliver on the requirement.
