I have been taking the JS Health hair and energy vitamins every day since May of 2018. This is my second review, because after more than a year of consistent supplementation, my hair has never been healthier, thicker, longer, or more luscious. The actual texture of my hair follicles are healthier. It used to grow a half inch per month if I was lucky, like the average person, and I was only ever doing micro trims because I wanted to maintain length. Now, I get a couple inches lobbed off every few months and my hair only seems to grow FASTER. My stylist says that it blows her away, because every time I come in, it’s as if we never took off any length the last time. Mermaid hair all the time! I’m always plucking my eyebrows now, which, WHATEVER. Fine by me! I generally use caffeine recreationally anyhow (meaning I can take or leave it, I just enjoy the boost) but the steadiness of energy and the ZING with which I wake up each morning before sunrise to begin my day is PALPABLE. The evolution of my eyelashes, though, is perhaps the most impactful benefit of these vitamins (save for extremely fast-growing locks). The organic salon where I have my hair done also offers lash extensions. Last visit, one of the salon staff complimented my lash extensions (assuming I’d been there for a lash service). My stylist said, “those are her natural lashes!!! We just did her hair!” This is the same stylist who told me, many months ago, that she couldn’t even give me extensions that were longer than my natural lashes with mascara. What’s the one common factor? These vitamins. They’re not loaded with fillers and unnecessary ingredients. They provide a big bang for your buck that many could easily overlook: fewer ingredients, but a THERAPEUTIC dose of those ethically-sourced, expertly-chosen ingredients. I think that’s the secret behind the efficacy of these vitamins. They’ve been formulated by a qualified nutritionist who understands that a higher dose of the most potent nutrients is more readily absorbed by the body than a whole mess of ingredients that the body has to work so hard to process. My hair was fried & destroyed from bleaching for almost a decade. I chopped all my blonde hair off Feb 2024 to start fresh because I do eventually want to go back full blonde. (I’m naturally brunette) That being said, I started these hair supplements at end of March 2024. It’s now end of July and my hair has now grown about 2 1/2 inches in 4 months. I also believe that the supplement plus combo of hair masks & hair repair serums I use are also a part of my healthy hair journey too! It looks healthier, feels sightly fuller (I’ve had thing hair my entire life), so I would say that’s pretty dang exciting! I’m hoping the next 4 months it will grow even faster, but time will only tell. I’m happy with my progress so I’m going to continue my subscription. I don’t see a difference in my energy when I take them. And there is no taste to them so I’m not sure why others have stated they taste bad.

Fast delivery, just not sure about the product yet. This is my 2nd purchase and no results at this time. A little disappointed, but will continue taking them a bit longer hoping for results.

I was recommended these vitamins from my stylist to help with my hair growth. So far my hair has grown about an inch. I’ll keep taking them and update my review when I finish my jar.

Really great find!
I wish I'd taken a before pic so I could compare! Been taking these for a month now and have seen a noticeable difference in my hair. I have thick curly hair that has been abused for years with too much bleach (natural colour is very dark) and I'm trying to get it back to health. There's obviously no product in the world that can help what's left of the bleached frazzled ends but the rest of my hair is super soft and shiny and has finally grown! My fringe has gone from cheekbone length to way past my chin in just weeks.My body hair is also growing incredibly quickly (LOL) but I don't mind as it just shows that these work!Also really easy to swallow as they're small and coated. Used to be sceptical about products like this but I'm a convert now. Will be reordering for sure

Transaction was very good. However, I have been taking these capsules as directed on the bottle. Nothing seems to be improving as of yet.
Actually works
I used these back in April and May and noticed my hair grew quite a bit in that time but was sceptical that it was actually due to some vitamins so stopped taking them. My hair recently started coming out in the shower and my hairbrush and looking a lot thinner so I started taking them again (approx 3 weeks ago) and I have already noticed a difference! My hair is coming out so much less, which I get quite often in the colder months (maybe because of changes in temperature/more central heating). It also feels thicker and healthier. Although I was sceptical before I can confirm they actually work!
Good for growing your hair longer
I’ve have been experiencing hair loss for the pass 2 years and have tried all sorts to try to prevent it.I have been taking these supplements for over 2 months and have definitely noticed a difference to the length of my hair.I am still loosing a lot during the day and when washing but it’s definitely grown in length a considerable amount!My eyebrow lady also noticed that the thickness of my eyebrows have improved over the last month, so possibly a bonus from taking these?I definitely feel they are worth trying if you are trying to grow your hair long rather than for hair loss.
