I bought this device about a month ago, on the recommendation of a physician-friend who uses it mainly on her back and neck. I've had a bad bout with sciatica in the past, which has began flaring up again moderately this summer. The pain starts in my lower back, runs down my left rear and down my leg, in worse cases. I've been attaching the device right above my tail-bone and turning it on at medium intensity. While the issue does not seem totally cured yet, my back has improved and the stimulation certainly feels pleasant.My son is a serious runner and said this device is used often in PT. He suggested I try the stimulator on my arthritic knees. I frequently wake up during the night with knee pain. So, before bedtime, I've attached the stimulator to the meniscus area where the pain mostly occurs. Again, not a complete cure yet, but feels good and definitely a help. I will continue to experiment with the device on where to use it, the intensity level of the stimulation and for how long.The device has been easy to use with its phone app. Seal the device pad to the desired area, turn it on, a couple quick steps on the app and you are ready to go. I've probably used the device 20 times in the month I've had it. Only needed to recharge it once so far and was given a clear warning that power was low. I bought extra pads, but the original is still fine. After use, you secure the device pad back to a protective film and can store in a sealed bag.I feel this device is well-worth the money and I expect to get much good use from it.

So easy! Turn it on, increase or decrease intensity easily. Powerful little machine. Better than more expensive TENS units. Great price.

I have used my TENS unit with the lead wires for years and it worked well- the wires were a bit of a nuisance. This one is totally wire free, it sticks right to your skin. Not a lot of options just the basic on off, and increase/decrease strength. But good enough to stimulate nerve endings. Easy to charge and stick right back on. Just wish it had a little more run time, it only goes for 15 minutes at a time.Update after a good several weeks: i’ve been using this to get me through yardwork and pressure, washing a lot of outdoor furniture and miscellaneous items. As soon as I start to feel tired and fatigued, I put it on my upper back or lower back, and all I have to do is push the button again. It really gives you that burst of energy to keep going and finish your job! This thing is amazing! I highly recommend it for, how easy it is to use and how well it works! Amazing little gadget, buy it!

This is easy to use with good instructions. After getting a full charge, it was ready to use. I like how there are different settings and timer options. This product does exactly what it’s supposed to: relieves pain while in use. Love how convenient it is without wires. Been looking for a product like this since they stopped making the Icy Hot brand. Also like how there are replacement pads for when the adhesive wears. Would highly recommend!

This does work, not as well as my traditional tens unit. It’s easy to wear and walk around with and no wires to get tangled up. It’s not as strong as my regular tens unit. The maximum setting is only for one hour and then I have to reset the mode the timer and restart the unit. It’s a pain. I usually need to wear my tens unit for 4 to 5 hours to have any type of lasting benefit. It’s easy to wear but hard to use because it constantly shuts off. Every time I have to reset it I have to take it off and that reduces the life of the $$ electrode pads. It doesn’t have a big battery and doesn’t hold a charge for very long. My prof. tens unit is bulky and the wires get tangled and pulled out of their electrodes so that one’s problematic too but it does work much more effectively, stays charged forever and has 4 electrode ports (not two). I can have a total of E pads in different areas of my body which really helps create a larger area and is much more effective in controlling the nerve pain from my spinal stenosis and sciatica. I think my traditional tens unit is much more effective but this unit is much more discrete and wearable under my clothing. My backs acting up I can slap it on and go shopping for example. It’s nice not limping through the store. If it could just run for a day and have a decent battery, it would be a much better device. Update. It helps with my neck pain. I can’t use it for larger areas like my low back or anywhere on the back of my body because the buttons stick out and if I sit down or my pants press against the device it shuts it off and it can’t be reset without taking off my clothes. It’s also not as effective at reducing or eliminating my pain as the better tens unit is. I can’t find anything that’s wireless that’s affordable with affordable replacement pads. I was going to return this but I think I’ll keep it for when I need something in a pinch that doesn’t have wires even though it’s usefulness is pretty limited.

I love this little thing! I wear it out under my clothing and turn it on as needed. It’s very discreet and highly effective for reducing my sciatica pain. Get it! Use it!
Works like the TV advertised one
This is comparable to the Dr. HO but smaller and easier to place and use in my opinion. It holds a nice charge and gives a powerful or less powerful treatment with ease. For lower back I have my husband place. It's tricky by yourself, unless you are limber. I need to order new pads I can see where they won't stick for continuous use though, I'd give a half star less for no extra pads

...Best thing ever! Noticed a real improvement over the last 10 days. Also used it to relieve pain at night whihc has meant popping fewer pain relieving pills....
Super being wireless!
Having used ones with wire in the past this is a blessing. It works really well and love that I can turn it on via my phone by an app. It does definitely help my pain but it returns as soon as it stops. That's down to my back issues not the product. I would imagine its fantastic on muscle pain etc. It sticks very well, had no issues with that. I would definitely recommend it because if something can ease pain it's always worth a try.

Hab es gegen meine Schulter-Nackenverspannungen gekauft und ich bin positiv überrascht. Es ist einfach in der Anwendung. Man kann es allein anbringen und ablösen. Es ist groß genug und hält was es verspricht. Nach mehrmaligen Anwendungen klebt es immer noch gut.
