Let me preface this with I hate taking pills.....That said I'm in my second week of taking these Keto Max Diet Pills and as of yet this is what I've personally experienced...First and foremost their not that hard to swallow....They're small little capsules so they go down pretty easy with a liquid.Secondly what I discovered was that they really have suppressed my appetite. And for me that's huge because I have a really bad habit of snacking on crap late at night....That's seriously been curtailed within the last week and a half....almost really immediately....I'm not hungry that late anymore....And if I did or do snack I honestly think by taking these pills I have been more conscientious about what it was I was snacking on meaning I leaned more towards apples and bananas....You know healthy crap instead of the cheese puffs and ice cream I typically tracked, hunted and consumed. Woohoo! So that in and of itself is a huge bonus...As far as weight goes I've loss'ed like maybe a pound and half....But we all know what a pound of fat looks like so I'm actually really happy about that! I feel thinner too....Can't really explain that one but my gut seems to be thinning out...fingers crossed. Also I really think if I actually used the planet fitness membership I've been paying for for the last God only knows how many years without ever seeing the inside of one I'd probably be well on my way to at least a 34" waistline instead of a 36". Anyhow...I don't have a degree from NASA but the simple math more or less dictates that even without the gym...the suppressed appetite and healthier diet should start to get the weight loss compass back on track all on it's own... again...fingers crossed.

I took these pills for over a year to give them a fair shot. There's no magic pill and I understand sometimes these things take time to have an effect. But they have done nothing to reduce my appetite. Done with them.

The bottle has a label that says to send a text and they will give you a free bottle. When I sent the text, I got a reply that said I had to write a review in order to actually receive the free bottle - so here is my review: I was excited to find BHB in a caspsule form because all I have ever used before was a powder that is mixed into a liquid, which I usually would only drink half of then toss the rest. I was hopeful that I would get results similar to the liquid form I usually use: a boost of anywhere from 0.5 - 1.0 in my ketones. When my bottle of Keto BHB arrived, I took two pills before a keto meal according to the instructions. I then checked my blood ketones every half hour for the next several hours. It boosted my ketone level from a starting number of 0.5 up to 0.7 for the first 3 hours. At 3 hours it went up to 0.8 but then dropped back down to 0.7 for the rest of the day so I guess it works. It will give you a boost, but don't expect much.

Given that I've declined to change my eating habits, the introduction of the BHB shouldn't factor in if any weight loss occurs. That said, I have actually-- to my surprise-- lost some weight while taking these pills as directed. I am older, so I can't expect a significant change in my weight, but even a little is noticed. When I needed to reduce my waist size by an inch in my Levis, I was honestly amazed. So, yeah, I'm not a Keto follower; I have what I would consider an "average" American diet and these pills seemed to work.

This is the first time that I've ever tried a BHB supplement. I'm relatively new to the Keto diet and I stumbled across this product during my research. I saw that it could help with getting you into ketosis faster, more deeply (darker), help control hunger/provide energy, and may assist with bypassing the keto flu. So this is my experience.Of course I discovered this product after my bout with the keto flu, so I have no idea if it really helps with that or not. I was in "medium ketosis" after about a week of doing it naturally. I took two capsules and found that I was a bit more awake later into the evening than I usually am. As far as I can tell, it did give me a bit of energy. The next morning I checked my ketosis level again, and I was in "dark". Since then, I stay in the dark pretty much non-stop. A couple of times that I've taken in more carbs than usual, I took an extra dose of this product and was still in dark ketosis the following morning. So as far as I can tell, this really does help with the keto diet.My thought is that this may not be an "everyday" product; it may be something that I only take if I have a bit of a cheat day, or if I notice that my ketosis isn't where it's supposed to be. It seems to force your body into ketosis much faster, and helps it recover if you have a few extra carbs. I am definitely glad that I gave this a shot; I will undoubtedly keep a bottle on-hand in case I feel like I want a little extra boost to my diet. I would definitely recommend giving this product a chance; it is well worth it in my opinion.

My order came in a timely manner and no tampering with the bottle or anything like that.Basically I want to try this out as I've been on the verge of pre-diabetes and read that keto helps balance blood sugar. I can attest that after a week of use my blood sugar stayed in a normal range and was almost the same very time I monitored my blood. Kind of cool how quickly that worked.I did unfortunately experience the 'keto flu' side effects including increased thirst, constipation, fatigue and then I also became really light headed and would have episodes of feeling dizzy. This was the only thing I had changed in my diet and medication regimen. I honestly would rather just try to maintain a balanced diet and exercise instead of taking these.I did not weight myself to see if I dropped any lbs so I can't attest to any weight loss.Obviously my experience does not mean it will be the same for you. But I do recommend asking your primary care physician first if this is safe for you to take!
