Update: seller was wonderful and made everything right. Really great seller to work with. I will definitely be buying things from him again!This was easier to set up and it works really well. But in the middle of the night, someone in the neighborhood has the same thing and started talking. Woke me up terrified! I think once you find the right channel that no one else has, it will work fine.

I have tried two other wireless intercoms from Bolo (not to mention brand) but Chinese type names. One set was plug in and the other set was battery/plug in. both of these units had interference with other frequencies near by and also made noise sometimes when we were sleeping for unknown reasons. Both of these other brands was not loud and clear with speaking thru the system. This Wuloo system is the best so far, super clear speaker and lots of channel options, no unusual noises for unknown reasons and loud enough speaker volume to hear. The distance I have from each unit is about 100 feet and it works fine. The signal goes thru 5 walls, 3 dry wall, 1 cement wall and wall drywall ceiling. So much better than what I tried in the pass with other brands.

Works pretty good. Good price point though the sound quality isn’t great and it makes it hard to understand what is said if the person who talks has a hard time speaking clearly or loudly or in your language. Easy setup. Couldn’t break the encryption so not likely to be accidentally heard by unintended radios.

These are basic intercoms and work perfectly for our multi-level home as well as connecting to our detached garage/workshop. When we received our package of three, one did not work well due to some problem with the power cord connectivity issues. We contacted the seller and they were very responsive. After they received our video showing the problem, they immediately sent out a replacement. Very nice to deal with a company that stands by their products.

UPDATE:So it seems someone in our neighborhood purchased a similar unit and they only use the group call function at all times of the day and night. This unit has no function to turn group calling off, so we get to hear these people all the time! If there were a way to turn the group call function off, I'd raise it back to 5 stars, but as it is, these are useless to have, unless hearing your neighbors yelling at their kids to get up for church/school is acceptable to you!I have a large shop on my property which is about 200 feet from our house and I wanted something that just worked without any hassles, this Wuloo system fits the bill perfectly!!!I have the shop's unit mounted on the wall facing the house, and in the house, I have another unit sitting on a desk in our kitchen. I installed the 3rd unit in the bonus room at the front of the house for when my wife or I need to call our two boys downstairs, or to the shop if I need help with something.These units are crystal clear and have zero interference and the volume on them are quite loud too.

Easy to set up, easy to use. My Wife and I got tired of yelling up the stairs and getting no reply from our pre-teen kids so we got these in the hope it will be less easy for them to claim they didn't hear us. So far so good! I have all 3 units set to the same channel and code so we just have to push one button to talk to both kids. The audio is clear and loud, and they can respond just as easily. The distance between our units is less than 30 feet so I can't speak to the range but for our purpose these units are great.The seller contacted me via Bolo's system the day after delivery to inquire as to the safe delivery of the item, explaining they had received some reports of rough handling during transit/delivery. I replied that mine had been delivered in good shape and that I had installed them but had not yet configured and fully tested them. I think they slightly misunderstood that and thought I had experienced problems during setup, offering a few tips and assistance with setup. After I replied that I did not in fact have any problem and had now had time to fully test them, they again contacted me to thank me for my business and assure me they stood by their product and its lifetime warranty and were available should I ever need any assistance or repair. All of this was within 24 hours. Based on this communication I am inclined to believe they would truly stand behind their product should I ever require support.Very happy with this product!

Anyone who isn't happy with this product probably didn't deal with this companies customer service.I received the items (3 in a box) and 1 of the units had an issue with the microphone - the sound was all muffled and quiet and you couldn't understand the person on the other end. I contacted the company from the contact info in the box (very easy to find).I got a response from them within 30 minutes. After explaining my issue, I had a replacement in my hands within 48 hours from sending that first email. Now they all work GREAT!I have them between 3 floors in my house. Not a huge distance but there are walls and floors in the way.Very easy to setup and comes complete with everything you need. Plus good instructions on how to setup and use.AMAZING customer service! Rarely have I seen such great customer service. This is what gets them the 5 star rating more than anything else.I would recommend these to anyone looking for a reasonably priced 3 way intercom system for shorter distances (less than half a mile). I don't know how well they perform past that.
Good price, good product, excellent support
I ordered 3 intercoms for my father to use arround his house. One of the three arrived damaged and wouldn't power on. I contacted Wuloo support and after diagnosing whether it was the intercom or the power supply, they immediately shipped a replacement intercom. The new one arrived in days and now my Dad is completely happy. The intercoms work well, are clear, and the customer support is fantastic!

Works well for what I needed. Have 1 in house, 1 in shop and 1 in 5th wheel. No more hollering. Lol
