What a difference this makes on falling asleep and staying asleep too. It's a bit pricey but to me well worth it. Great ingredients makes this supreme because I don't want negative stuff in my body. I wouldn't buy it if it doesn't work. My wife originally bought it because she has insomnia issues. It worked for her and one night I was having a tough time sleeping so she told me to try it. I am so glad I did. I usually don't have regular problems sleeping but every once in a while. Perfect for me and it even works for my wife that use to take ambien and other sleeping aids but we both realized it's not safe to take those long term. This is perfect for short or long term use!

I am a trained herbalist and have grown a very similar plant combination for an anti-anxiety tincture, but after a long winter and strong feelings of depression and anxiety, I sought out a close store-bought version. Trusting the Gaia brand and having used it before for other things, I decided to give this a try. These work beautifully for anxiety, stress, and sensory overload. I can go from feeling like I'm about to scream, pull my hair out, totally overwhelmed, to feeling chilled out, mellow, and happy within minutes after taking these. I haven't been taking them long, so I don't know if maybe these will build up in your system, but I will say it doesn't last as long as I'd like. Unlike with the tincture I'm used to, I cannot take a dropper full as needed. This is unfortunate, since within about 2 hours maximum, it wears off.I have been on antidepressants and anti-anxiety pharmaceuticals of all kinds since a very young age, so I think I have a pretty good grasp on the power such things can have. I would compare the feeling these give to a mild benzodiazepine (I am not a doctor, pharmacist, or anyone qualified to give advice on pharmaceuticals). I definitely recommend for anyone struggling with anxiety or insomnia. It does work!

Organic skullcap, chamomile, holy basil, and vervain is a nice mix. Particularly the vervain. It's a great mix and quality ingredients. But.. the price. Single purchase requires $1.56 per serving (3 pills x 52 cents per pill). At about $2 per serving it's cost prohibitive. It's a good mix, quality, and I understand gaia herbs need for profit. But that need is three times what I'm willing to pay. Life is ever expensive, good health shouldn't be. 👎🏼 Pass.
