Product: American Ginseng Dried Root Tincture. BATCH: 6521871. 4/17/25. This product has clumps of cloudy coagulation similar to biofilm floating in the liquid and adhering to the dropper. Website printed on label is unreachable.Phone number on label routes to busy signal. Company with same name claims to not have produced ginseng in a long time. Reporting to Bolo. Please provide an RMA/refund.

The less you use, the more strength & clean calming endurance. After 4 decades of ginsenging, quite effective. Didn't see light measurement printing on bottle for a week.

The product is good but the label (with directions) is printed in two point type with red ink. Makes it extremely difficult to read, even with a magnifying glass. Other than that, I like the product.
