Scoops large and small particles easily.. i use it for 3 boxes.. for 3 cats... best scoop I've ever used... haven't had any issue with the handle that others have mentioned.

When I received this, I LOVED it! The holes are small enough to sift litter and pick up the broken apart pieces of clumping litter. I loved it so much I bought 2 more (I have litter boxes in 2 areas of my home) and contemplated buying more to have on hand. Within 5 days (used once or twice daily to scoop 2 boxes) of using the first one I bought, the metal was bending back and forth and within 7 days, it broke in 2. The metal is very thin and the scoop is large allowing you to scoop up a large amount of litter, which the thin metal obviously cannot handle. It broke right where the metal met the handle. The second scoop I bought 2 days after the first, is about 2 scoops away from breaking in half where the scoop connects to the handle, as well. If you have the super lightweight litter and don’t put much litter in your boxes, you MIGHT be ok. If you use traditional clay litter, do not buy this.

This scoop is the best I've found. I purchased many different one's and returned them, as the holes were to big. This scoop, the holes are perfect size and I love handle, it's very comfortable. The depth of the scoop too, is Great. I just purchased a few more, just in case they stop making them! I don't know why they don't have people design the litter scoops that actually have cats, as most of the scoops I have found are inadequate in many ways. This one is Awesome 👌please don't stop making them. I have a multi cat household and this scoop makes the task of litter box cleaning much easier.

The holes are the right size to catch all but the smallest chunks of litter. Unfortunately the handle bent under normal use in under a week.

The tiny holes allow for most of the litter to be picked up without an issue. The bonus was it being metal so I forsee it lasting for quite some time. I will be ordering another one as a backup. It has served as a replacement for one where some litter was not picked up as that one had bigger holes.

what you should know is that this scooper has smaller holes so it catches many of the smaller pieces ... that is the only good aspect of it. The metal is cheap pot aluminum and like others reviews, the handle breaks off. I got approximately 4 months of use out of it, it finished breaking off this morning, it began breaking loose about a month ago. So don't waste your money on this piece of crap.

But, I've gone through so many plastic pieces of .... This is soild and will last a LONG time. PLEASE-- Correct the Manufacturing issues and Stronger Handle. I would buy a 'New and Improved'
I was very excited to order an 'affordable' METAL litter scoop. I was highly disappointed when it arrived and used it for the first time, the scoop bent under the weight of both Clay and Pine shavings litter. I routinely clean both litter boxes twice per day. Once in the morning and once in the evening. Then litter boxes and scoops are emptied every other week on Garbage night (the night before morning pick up)I wanted to see how long this scoop would last... So, the scoop was delivered in early July 2019. I used this scoop to clean the Clay Litter, litter box routinely, twice per day, morning and evening. I tried using it in the Pine Litter but the pine pellets/shavings are better suited with slotted scoops. The scoop finally succumbed to the weight and pressure of routine litter box changes on Sunday, October 14, 2019. Or 14 weeks.Please note, if this scoop changes its handle to add a more supportive material and/or thicken the metal where the scoop connects to the handle. The scoop itself was fairly thick and sturdy Aluminum. However, the handle has too many bends and weak points although it does look aesthetically pleasing.I gave 2 stars due to the handle breaking off in 14 weeks, otherwise, the scoop minus the handle is sturdy and is perfect for clay or granulated litter.

The scoop it sturdy but the thinnest part at the handle has a weak spot. It bent on first use, then snapped clean on half.
Save your money!!!!!
This is horribly designed, it bent like a pipe cleaner when I used it the very first time.. Don't waste your money.. I give it no stars..but had to rate it ...
