At least on the item I chose for it. The color of the material chosen worked beautifully on the red cardinal I was touching up. All the other paints blended well with the other items that needed to be painted.

i am in a ceramics class and the the brushes that they supply are not the best,so i purchased my own set.this is a nice assortment of different sizes.it work out well for my class.quality brushes at a fair price.they clean up nice with water base paints.comfortable to use and it seems as though they will last a long time if taken care of.

The brushes are fine for disposable one-time use but the heads get loose and frayed after cleaning. My only issue is that the title says 2 pack - 20 brushes which I mistook for 2 packs of 20 brushes, totaling 40 brushes. You will receive 2 packs of 10 brushes, totaling 20 brushes.There's another brand here that is exactly the same set of brushes, one 20 brush pack, for a couple of dollars less and they work just as good and have less confusing description of what you're getting.

Sure, they are not anything like professional grade, but if you have kids or want a wide selection of brushes to get your started, this might be a good option. I have been using them to paint miniature figures. Works quite well for that and bristles are holding in place, unlike other cheap brushes you can get. Good starter set to figure out what size and shape brushes you might need as your skill progresses.
