They have an incredible texture and slightly sweet flavor that easily takes the place of powder, diced or chopped garlic in any recipe or dish. You don’t have to go through the process of roasting them and slicing them….. saves time by skipping that tedious step.

I’ve been using these garlic chips for several years now. They are a perfect addition when steaming or grilling almost any kind of vegetable. Even my young kids love my broccoli and spinach probably because I’ll add these garlic chips into the mix.
