Got the 2019 MX4 2 Gram tube... The Review: As you can see, the factory didn't even put thermal paste on the integrated GPU, and after only a single year the OEM CPU paste either evaporated or put practically nothing. MX4 spreads amazing. Just put a ball bearing size amount on the GPU and 3 ball bearing on the CPU (might be too much, but it spreads so well anyway), the application was probably the easiest Ive ever done out of dozens of PCs and Macs Ive rebuilt over the last 20 years. MX4 is also slightly adhesive so it was easy to mount that tiny macbook heatsink. I used to be an Arctic Silver 5 and Ceramique 2 disciple, but I am converted to MX4. I am noticing a small curing period. I started at idle initially at 70C and got worried ( original was 60C) but after an hour its doing about 46C at idle CPU and fan speeds. As a bonus, I can max out my Intel I5 5350u at 2.7Ghz while running at only 70C and a Fan speed of 4500RPM. Amazing 25C drop and 2000RPM fan drop! Previously it was 95C at 6500RPM with the OEM paste. Also, I've noticed that my GPU has come to life! Because there was no thermal grease, it stuck to 350MHZ. Now it always wants to throttle up to 1GHz all the time! I wish I didn't wait a year and just replaced the thermal grease when I got it. One tip, be gentle on your screws in that macbook, the grommets for the screws are glued on. They pop off easily, watch that torque on those tiny T5 screws. Also, used only 25% of my 2G tube. You will get at least 3 desktops or 4 laptop repastes out of this tube.

Seems to work fine...after 2 hrs still running at 35C. Wish the orifice for the syringe was a little smaller, but it works fine as is. Comes with a cap for reclosing the syringe for future use.

My older pre owned laptop was ruining hotter than the sun, so much so you could honestly cook an egg in it. This definitely helped with cooling it down a lot, even with the fact it had to fight cooling a laptop that had clogged fans and heat sinks from the previous owners pet hair I found after another tear down.

If your Xbox One X is randomly shutting down or you notice you're suddenly not playing as well online it could be your Xbox thermal paste is hardened. I bought this (2G tube was PLENTY for an Xbox- only used 1/3 the 2G tube) per a youtube video suggesting it for a replacement paste. Tearing down the Xbox One X was relatively easy if you have computer experience and a T9 Torx driver. Once I was in there I noticed the stock paste was GONE. I cleaned up the CPU with some QD Electric cleaner (rubbing alcohol works well too). Then I applied the paste and spread it evenly with a credit card. Put it back together and it started up after some on and off. Once It was on it stayed on and I noticed that the same levels of skill I had were sustained in the game. Previously I think the Xbox would overheat causing FPS throttling and lag that made me suddenly bad in COD online. I also noticed more heat coming out of the back of the console. This is GOOD because it means the paste made a solid connection to the heatsink which is now removing more heat as it should. The paste seems very high quality. Side note- check your thermal pads for the memory chips (pads are blue) while you're in there- if they have hardened and are not clay like it is time to replace them. Bolo has replacement pads for less than $10 though mines were fine. Overall fixed my console for less than $10 A+!

Decided to re thermal paste my CPU with the AIO cooler after 7 years of almost daily use. Average CPU temps dropped a significant 15°C, with a 25% idle improvement. Great results, highly recommend!

Bought this to repair a ps3 but still got the dreaded red light of death after reassembly. It is used as conduit or cooler between two heat sinks in theory but after Iturbe instructions completed machine was still in a state of inoperation
