So this product is for reflexes and eye coordination but with a ball and you hit it but usually I've been getting a lot of cuts on my knuckles and I got one of these a long time ago and I loved it but I broke it so I bought another but this one is very heavily annoying because the ball is like 8 pounds and it feels like I'm just hitting a wall at that point, plus if I hit it too hard the headband starts to fall down and cover my eyes so I suggest you order yours on the tiktok shop because Bolo js scammed me for ts
