I love these Seeds Of Change, Quinoa and Brown Rice. They are great to add to so many dishes, whether you want them as a side or the main entree. They’re great in chicken dishes or for stews. The best part is they’re a great substitute for replacing the time it takes to cook potatoes. You put a bag or two in the microwave wave for 90 seconds and you’re good.
