I put this fuel pump in my classic car in 2021 and I have put over 3000 miles on it with no issues. The pump noise is noticable only when the vehicle is off. I definitely recommend it!!! And now it's cheap enough you can buy a second one as a backup

Love the product has plenty of pumping power had a Edelbrock fuel pump on it did not pump the fuel up to the carb this fuel pump out performs it greatly, it instantly started pumping fuel without hesitation.

I have an MGB that I added EFI to. I had a high pressure external fuel pump installed and the noise from the pump was excessive. I bought a Edelbrock sump system, but it needs a pump to feed fuel to it. The MGB pump probably would have worked but the fuel line connections were not what I wanted. I wanted -6AN fittings. This pump, with 1/8" APT inlet and outlet allowed me to add -6AN fitting. I also had a high performance electric pump to feed the sump system but it too was loud. I was looking for something very quiet. I installed this pump and it is very quiet indeed. Time will tell if it has enough volume to feed the sump system but from a sound point, it is exactly what I was looking for.

I felt compelled to write a review to inform others that are considering this fuel pump. First off, it is a good fuel pump. It seems well built.Now, after conducting several of my own tests here is what I found... The maximum amount of gallons per hour that I was able to produce with this pump was 22.2. The maximum PSI that I could get average between 2 and 3 psi.I resorted to conducting these tests after incorrectly thinking that my fuel tanks pickups, fuel hoses, fuel filters and/or fuel tank selector switch where clogged or faulty. They were not!I had this pump supplying a built Ford 460 with roughly 450 HP. For normal driving, this fuel pump is fine. However, once you put the carburetor / engine in any situation that requires more pedal, the fuel bowls will quickly run out of fuel. Causing your engine to bog down and possibly die.My solution was to run a p4070 style pump and pressure regulator to not exceed 5.5 PSI. Works like a charm now.I hope this information helps

Bought this pump to replace my 2.8 Cummins Onan generator fuel pump after two OEM pumps failed in a very short amount of time; less than 1 hour. I installed with the required filter before the pump and currently have more than 5 hours on it. I purchased a second pump as a backup but may never need it. Very good price and kit includes many fittings and hardware although I used my own steel and brass fittings. The pump is quiet and appears good quality. ... Update: More than 12 hours on the new pump. Working flawlessly. I disassembled the original pump and realized these pumps have very close tolerances; Any debris will stop it. You must use a filter on the inlet side.

Purchased this pump for my 82 squarebody In July. It quit working today, only use on it is to move truck around the shop to work on it. Glad I wasn't driving around town when it quit
