The fit of the lid is snug, the gaps are small and consistent where the lid meets the box. All joints look clean. The outside looks to be a veneer or laminate, careful not to scratch it. Inside the cedar is ready to absorb moisture. The room it stays in has guitars in it, and I keep the overall humidity between 45-55%.I put the crystals in the tray with the recommended amount of the included solution. I also used a soft cloth soaked in distilled water and wiped all inside panels, the tray, and the triangle divider to kick things off. Second day I repeated that and topped off the tray. Fourth day I added more solution and watched the gauge. It stayed at 75% after four days, so I added 18 cigars and a bit more solution. It has been a week and hasn't dropped a bit. The box smells pretty nice now as well, I used a hard plastic case before and it had no scent. The three open cigars must be giving off the scent (they'll be smoked soon).If you like a slim cigar you might fit around 30 in here. If you have thicker cigars, I would say 20 max. I have about 15 in the photo and a bit of room for more. Once your cigars are up to humidity, they should help keep the humidity in the box stable, and I think keeping the free air minimal in the box is helpful, so keep it filled up!I would not call it a cheap or budget box, I think it is well priced for its size and so far performs well. For my use this holds enough cigars, I go through about two a week. Considering I have about $225 of cigars in there, this box is a good investment to keep them fresh in my opinion.

Great humidor that has worked out great so far. I’m a novice in the cigar game but this has been an excellent addition to the hobby. I did have a slight problem in winter keeping humidity levels but reached out to their CS dept. and they got back to me in a timely fashion and was able to diagnose my mistake. Once corrected the humidity level was back to where it should be, no fault to the product just my inexperience. I would highly recommend this product for anyone looking to add a quality humidor.

I have had this humidor for about 4 months and despite all my efforts I cannot seem to get this humidor to hold the proper humidity. One of the reasons I chose this particular humidor was the built it hygrometer. I have a separate hygrometer and have used it to verify the readings on the built in hygrometer and they match within 1 or 2 % so I believe what I'm reading on the builtin one. I have used the humi-tray and the humi-sticks that came with the unit and I added a bead type humidifier AND I have used Boveda packets. No help. I am probably going to buy another humidor because this one isn't working. Overall not satisfied. Now I am using this for overflow storage and then I transfer my cigars to my smaller working humidor for at least a week to 'revive' them.I was contacted by Case Elegance about my review. I want to tell you this is really great customer service. We reviewed how I had seasoned the humidor and steps going forward to improve it's performance. My humidity levels have improved. There is more to this story and I expect to update this review again in a week or two.

I was looking for an entry level humidor for now more then 15-25 cigars and Klaro Kingston worked perfect. Simple and elegant. The Hyro-system works just as stated. Easy instructions to prep.I ran into an issue with low humidity and contacted Klaro. I got quick and accurate support that solved my issues.Solid product.

I'm not one to normally write reviews for things I buy, but I was so happy with this that I'm compelled to do it. While looking around for my first humidor online, there was often extra little things you had to buy, the ones in this price range didn't usually include a digital hygrometer, etc. This one, however, comes with everything you need to last a while though.To sum up the pro's, the setup is dead easy and the instructions simple. The make and quality is as good as you'll probably get for this price range, let alone higher price ranges. And THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Although setup was painless, with me being new to owning a humidor I had some questions and wanted to make sure I was doing it right, and their customer service team was superb.As for the cons, the only thing I can think of is some particular information about the setup isn't in the directions, but is on their website. It's not exactly "need to know" information, but would be helpful to know, especially for beginners like me. For example, the directions say to use 1/4 of the provided bottle solution on certain steps, but their website says youre able to use more up to the full bottle if you live in extra cold or dry places to get the humidity up to the appropriate level.Misc: Be sure to use that 50% off coupon they give you for more solution bottles, read the humidor directions on their website for some little pointers left out in the provided manual, and utilize their customer service.

El higrómetro se ha roto

El higrómetro ha empezado a funcionar mal. Las cifras no se ven bien como era al inicio. Se decaparecen. Es posible cambiarlo por otro en buen estado? O hay que devolver toda la caja? Espero la respuesta del vendedor.Update: Un empleado de atencion al cliente de Case Elegance contactó conmigo. Era muy amable y profecional. Recibí toda la ayuda necesaria en mi caso. Sin duda vuelvo a comprar otros articulos de la marca.

ちゃんと保湿してくれます。蓋も密閉されているようで、湿度も安定しますね。開けたときに下がった湿度もしめて置いておけば、戻るのでちゃんと機能していますね。しかし湿度計がかなり狂っていて、70%前後に調整しても試しに入れていた安い葉巻がかなり湿ってしました。笑他の湿度計を3個入れてみたところ、15%くらい低く表示されてしまう状態でした。(中に入れた3個の湿度計は誤差3%程度)まあ、誤差が分かれば数字は、目安として使えるので、値段としては充分だと思います。私のように面倒くさがらず、湿度計の誤差だけはちゃんと確認することをお勧めします。笑
