I have been looking for a replacement for the diced mixed veg Hillsboro Farms no longer makes. I tried to get used to Auguson's but it was really yuck. This is a very good replacement even tho the cost is too high.

I add dehydrated veggies to ramen noodles when I have it for lunch.I tried two other brands before this one, and this brand is clearly superior in flavor, and seems to have more ‘bulk’, as it were.To make use easier, I poured about half a pound into a large mouthed jar, then use it out of that, and store the bag.

I love adding a quarter cup of these veggies to ramen noodles after they’re cooked. I like them a little crunchy so I don’t overcook them. Yummy!

Dehydrated vegetables, rehydrate well, used in soup, Ramin noodles etc. Texture was great no noticeable difference from other products I've used in the past. Would definitely purchase again.
