Not worth it at all. Didn’t work consistently and quit working completely before a year rolled around. Customer service when trying to resolve the issue was also awful. Unresponsive the majority of the time, and quite rude when trying to ask questions to see if there is a way to fix it rather than having to find a more complicated solution. Not helpful at all, and not worth the money.

First time use, the coil became rusty yellowing the water.Worst was when I tried to adjust the steam Handel, the top part separated resulting the boiling water to splash and Burning my foot!I have second degree burn on my foot.I am an experienced esthetician THIS WAS MOT MY FIRST TIME WORKING WITH A STEAMER!Very disappointed!

I had one of these steamers and it stopped working. But the company sent me a new one and it works great. Thank you for the great customer service. It’s simple. Easy to use. Reliable. And it heats up the water super fast which I love.

This is a good value for the money, quiet easy to assemble steamer, used in a skin care treatment room! The amount of steam isn’t overwhelming for the clients either!

I purchased my steamer on June 19th 2025 and as of today it's no longer working it stopped working like 4 weeks ago and that will only be about 4 months and some weeks and I'm thinking it should at least last longer than that but yeah so I'm posting this review in the beginning I gave this product at five star but after the steamer has started working after 4 months I have been beauty industry for 30 years and I pay for quality products and I take my industry seriously so when I spend money it's an investment for me cuz I'm buying tunes for my business so when my tools doesn't work then I'm losing money so now I spent money on a tool that no longer works so now it's a loss for me, I didn't even get to a year worth of using it only a couple of months, I will take a picture of it and upload it when I get back to the salon tomorrow
