Works great. I am able to use it on myself by myself but it's always nicer with an extra pair of hands. The spray mechanism does squeak a little which can be annoying to some. This is very similar to what they use at the doctor's office, I'm so glad I can do this at home and not pay $$$ at the doctor's. For those with extra earwax, I would recommend softening the ear wax with Debrox first, then spray.

10/10 I recommend. I had awful compacted ear wax. I purchased one of those camera sticks you can put in your ear to clean it but I fumbled around trying to get the wax out and I inadvertently pushed the wax deeper and more compacted. My hearing instantly became muffled, I could hardly hear anything out of my left ear. I panicked. I poked, prodded, and tried to flush it out with a bulb. I made it worse, my ear was bleeding from the spots I kept poking at, the water was getting trapped in my ear bc of the wax so my ear was aching and throbbing and I still couldn’t hear. I almost went to the urgent care. I ordered this asap but had to wait a couple days for it to arrive and I didn’t know if I could wait that long. It came in, I followed the instructions and mixed water with hydrogen peroxide and over the course of 2 days I must’ve refilled the water bottle over a dozen times completely emptying the water into my ear. It took time but chunks started breaking off and coming out. Until suddenly, I could hear again! That’s when I knew the last bit was finally out. The pic is just from the last part that was in so deep and was so hard to come out. But there was more that had come out the previous day of spraying.Flushing with a bulb just won’t work if you have a lot of wax/compacted wax/ and or it’s deep. It is so convenient to just continuously spray in your ear to properly flush it out. This spray comes with different spray heads to get the job done. I used the tri-spray head mostly until the end. I took it off and just used the tube to be able to put it a little deeper in my ear and spray to get the deep stuff out.This product saved my ear! I hear with great clarity, it wasn’t painful to use so you can use it for as long as needed, and it saved me a trip and money from going to an urgent care.

Didn’t get a lot out but does have some pressure to it. if you put peroxide or debrox in it and squeezed the handle multiple times it would probably work well.

I was shocked at how well the spray ear washer worked. The amount of wax that came out of my kid’s ears was grossly satisfying. He quickly noticed a difference in his ability to hear and did not realize how much sound had been dampened or lost with the wax buildup. Used the sprayer after using Debrox ear drops for 15-20 minutes to soften the sticky wax. Would definitely recommend and will be using the sprayer to maintain clean, clear ear canals going forward.

I've been looking for this tool for almost 20 years. It really works; skip the bulb and go with this. It was about 2006 and I was practically deaf from wax buildup. I went to 3 urgent care places, the 1st two hooked me up to some mechanical squirt gun and it just wasn't enough pressure. Finally, the 3rd place used a spray bottle just like this and I couldn't believe how much gunk came out, and I could hear again. I begged them to tell me where to buy 1, but they wouldn't. So, I've spent all these years since using peroxide and a bulb when I've got time or I start to have trouble hearing. I hated it, but it kept my ears clean. Now, I've found this and I'll spray out my ears in the shower every day, no worries. If you do it often enough with just warm water, it doesn't hurt and it'll prevent wax buildup in the first place

Great product, I just think I need actual medical attention for my lack of hearing. I thought this would help, thinking it might’ve just been earwax build up. But I do recommend trying it out!

Trois infos:1° Souffrant d'un important bouchon d'oreille comme presque chaque année lequel est difficile à enlever car celui-ci est composé évidemment de cérumen mais également de petites peau dû à de l'eczéma, le tout bien enfoncé chaque jour bien profondément car je dors avec des bouchons en mousse sans quoi je me réveille au moindre bruit.Cette info qui peut sembler inutile est importante car elle vous donne une idée de l'importance de ce bouchon et de la difficulté à s'en débarrasser sans allez chez un spécialiste ou mon médecin.Donc j'achète plein d'espoir chez mon pharmacien Audilyse 9,95€ puis faute de résultat Quies Doculyse 13,15€ sans davantage de succès et donc avoir jeter à la poubelle mon espoir et 23,10€ , j'ai décidé d'acheter ce produit en espérant me débarrasser d'un maudit bouchon d'oreille en pleine période de fêtes.La méthode de ce produit étant similaire à celle utilisé par mon médecin, je me suis dit pourquoi pas.Et si ça ne marche pas je prendrai un rendez-vous chez un orl car je sens bien que ce bouchon est compliqué.Et là miracle après quelques minutes d'utilisation j'entends parfaitement à nouveau bye bye le bouchon, quel bonheur, je recommande donc grandement ce produit bien plus efficace que tous les produits qui servent à enrichir mon pharmacien.2° Petit bémol, la boîte reçue était incomplète, il manquait la petit bouteille d'huile d'olive, pas bien grave mais je me disais quand même que ce n'était pas sérieux et je me suis plains par écrit au vendeur.3° Super méga bon vendeur, en effet celui-ci a réagi en quelques heures avec une solution bien au-delà de mes espérances.Je recommande donc vivement ce produit d'une très grande efficacité mais également le vendeur FBGC Limited qui est très sérieux et bien plus qu'honnête, il devrait être pris en exemple.En espérant vous avoir été utile.
Pratique et efficace
Utilisation très facile, plusieurs embouts disponibles. Bien rincer et nettoyer après utilisation.
Very satisfied with unclogged ears
Very happy I didn't have to wait two weeks to get a doctor's appointment to get my ears flushed out. It arrived 2 days after I ordered it and worked very well. I wasn't a fan of the small bucket that comes with it, but you can very easily just hang over the sink. I recommend using lukewarm water (air on the colder side of lukewarm as a form of caution, I sprayed once behind my ear to see how warm it felt) , as cold can be really uncomfortable. It might take quite a few sprays to get the big blockage out, I used about 1/3 of the bottle when the big blockage got flushed out.Literally rinse and repeat.
