I got this as a Christmas gift and I was skeptical at first. I have back pain and arthritis in my pelvis due to a horse accident in the 1980s and at times the pain level is pretty severe. Chiropractic work helps, but not as much as I hoped. So when I got this I was hoping for the best and expecting very little help with my pain. I am happy to say I was wrong. This massage mat far exceeded my hopes! It's really simple to use and with the various massage patterns and intensity levels, it's easy to find what works for you. It easily reaches from my neck to my feet! The heat is "just enough" but I mostly find that using the massager warms up the muscles just fine without heat.The memory foam also makes it really comfy to lay on while the massager goes to work relaxing my back. I love this massage mat and wish I'd had it sooner-I didn't even know something like this existed. It's my Christmas Miracle Mat!

This massage mat has been a game-changer for me! I have chronic issues with my upper back, lower back, and hips, and this mat provides targeted relief that really works. The massage is incredibly soothing and helps loosen tight muscles in all the right areas. It’s so relaxing that I’ve actually fallen asleep on it more than once! It’s become part of my evening routine, and I’ve noticed a big difference in both my pain levels and how well I sleep. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with back pain or just looking to unwind.

I liked this enough that I ordered another one for my husband. He helped me figure out a way to make this work best for us, which was turning it around so that the pillow is now the bottom and the bottom is now top. Here's why we needed to do that: we need it for our leather recliners. The head part is too thick and was placing the vibrating thing and heat in the wrong areas for us. The pillow part, for our purposes on a recliner, was also too thick and awkward. (It would probably be fine for laying down on a bed). But in reverse, on our recliners, it's absolutely perfect and very comfy. Of course the controller with the body image is now incorrect, but its easy to figure out what it now corresponds to. We got the hang of the remote easily. Also, the remote cord is long enough that even though we turned our mat upside down, it reaches to the other side (we place the cord under the mat) with plenty of room to spare. The mat cushion cover is super soft and the cushion thickness is just right (except for the pillow which is too stiff).This heated massage mat really works well. The heat takes a few minutes to kick in, but once it does, it's just as warm as our heating pads, only now we can heat our whole body which is so lovely! Make sure to press the two heat buttons!The massage part has three levels of strength. Each one works really well. Love the different vibration patterns to choose from. Another great feature is being able to pick and choose individual spots to massage too.It does turn off after roughly 30 minutes, as it should. Know that using any kind of heating pad for longer times can result in these weird burns after some time. That's general heating pad rule #1.I hope that this lasts for years. I've read various mix reviews before purchasing. I'm hoping the company will honor its warranty should it break under warranty. I did sign up for the extended warranty, putting it at 3 years.If you're using it for a recliner, and don't mind switching the pillow as the foot part and the bottom as the top, then this should work for you. For laying flat and using it, It's probably fine but I didn't try it out that way. Good luck!

I started a review and it disappeared so here goes...I got this mat on March 19 and could not get it out of box fast enough. The ONLY issue I have had is finding out where air holes are but hoping that won't be an issue. I have major back hip and leg issues and am waiting to get a cortisone shot for the sciatica. This has been an absolute life saver. I find it works exactly as described and I am so very happy with it I just today ordered another one because the way the world is I may not be able to get one when I wear this one out. I will check the new one when it comes then put it away as an emergency back up. This is not that horrible massage thing that about knocks your bones thru your body, it is a VIBRATING and HEAT pad and has many different options and intensities. I could not love it more. That doesn't mean that I may not hate it if it stops working but based on the use it has gotten so far, it is a blessing.

I had to get an adapter plug, for New Zealand Australia .This was purchased for a 92 year-old gentleman.The quality of the item was luxurious to say the least.Easier to follow instructions.easy to use control for a senior person.The easy adjustable intensity of the massage and specific areas of the body work really well till you find the right one.He loves it.I’m thinking, I might consider getting one🤣

I bought the Snailax massage mat with heat function to relieve lower back pain. It works as advertised!Since early 2020, I have not gone to a massage or physiotherapy clinic due to risk of exposure to the covid virus. My back pain has worsened. After searching online for alternatives and reading reviews about various massage mats, I finally decided on Snailax.I’ve been using it for about a week, twice daily with the last session before bedtime.Pros:Easy to use. I just plug and enjoy a relaxing massage anytime without leaving home.The combined massage and soothing warmth reduces stress and relieves soreness. It also improves sleep.Lots of options for personal preference. I can choose among different vibration modes and intensity levels. I can focus on certain sore areas or go for a full body massage.Portable and lightweight. Can be set up on sofa or bed. I get the most benefit on a reclining position.Heat level is just right; no risk of burn with auto shut off feature.Less expensive than other mats out there.Fast delivery. Product arrived early than expected and is much appreciated.Received my free 2 year warranty immediately after emailing customer service.Cons:The vibrating motors make noise and it can get loud on higher intensity levels although tolerable with the music or tv on :)I find the lowest intensity to be the most relaxing.I will update this review if I encounter issues with the device. But for now, I am very happy with my purchase.

I received my Memory Foam heated vibrating mat as a Christmas gift and I actually like it, Model Number: SL-363MI would say this mat is a very comfortable relaxing mat but not so much a message mat. If you need to relax after a good workout or lay down and relax after a busy day, maybe just read a book with the heat on? The mat has many preset functions (vibrating modes) or completely manual options to select from.This mat has full heat from top to bottom, you can just cozy up with the heat (no vibrations) and read a book. I have a terrible back with SI issues all the time, I found it was perfect to just lay with the heat plus mid back, buttocks and upper leg vibrating pads working, it wasn’t overwhelming on the pain points. I also like you can control all functions manually including the intensity of the vibration or use the pre programmed mode selections.All around, nice to have.
