I bought this for my 13-year-old German Shepherd, hoping that it would help her get the nutrition that she needs and make her eat her food since she is so picky. She really does not like the flavor of this I’m assuming since there’s ginger and pumpkin in it it has an off taste to it and I’ve even tried to heat it.

I bought these to try and help my beloved Black Lab stimulate his appetite, and to give him a little extra “boost”, during his battle with cancer. I believe it helped him keep up his food intake right to the end.We now have a new furbaby who we rescued in our lives! He has had tummy issues from the day we brought him home….ugh! Well, I immediately started my subscription to my bone stock rt back up again! He gets sooooo excited when he sees the package, he starts barking and jumping around! He wants to drink it from the packet! Lol! I moisten his food every meal, and I believe it has helped, along with adding chicken and rice to his kibble, to make his stomach feel a lot better!!!!!! Hey, if he likes it that much, c’mon!I would recommend this product to anyone looking to assist their furbabies’ tummies. I like the Turkey Bone Stock, and have it on Subscribe and Save.It works for us! Thank you Solid Gold for making a great product!

I bought this for my dog as a food topper. Started out with just a tablespoon. She wouldn't eat her food so after a few days I decided to taste it. This stuff tastes terrible. I through it all out.
Hit Or Miss for my picky dog but great ingredients and packaging
The media could not be loaded. First off, I got the older version(maroon?! packet), but the mfg dates etc were all in order and the only difference seems to be the packaging cosmetics. So I am not too fussed by that. The package itself is very well built and the lid is quite sturdy. People with smaller dogs who want to re-use multiple times can buy and store with confidence.Her highness gave it a few licks to make sure that my hopes and dreams regarding this product aren't completely crushed. However as babish would say, not a member of 'clean plate club'.I don't use it as a meal topper as thankfully the royal meal prepration is upto higness' satisfaction. However her highness gets bored or distracted easily, so the idea was to use it on lickimats at home, or for hydration when at the beach. Lickimat usage at home receives a half hearted effort as you can see. At the beach, the bowl with broth is completely rejected.Suffices to say, the royal slaves are not elated and will buy another flavour for the next royal offering.
