I was skeptical at first, reading some negative reviews of similar products, however I'm sold on these. Bought them to provide large Thanksgiving family gathering with piles of mini corn muffins (Jiffy brand). I never got out my backup metal mini-muffin pans.Best feature: cleaning. These things are crazy easy to clean if handled properly. I actually just cleaned by hand, dripping soap onto the thing and scrubbing with my hands. I did spray the crap out of these things with spray cooking oil before each batch, which may have helped cleanup (I did not tray anything without cooking spray).The "stability" feature is an odd one to rate here. These are silicone molds that are floppy. They couldn't possibly be "stable" in any way. However I don't think that's a selling feature, at least not for me. I placed them on a regular baking sheet, filled them with dough, and put the whole sheet into the oven. Heating was even, providing good quality muffins. I made 8 boxes of muffins, and every one of them got eaten or taken home as leftovers!I'm quite happy with these and very glad I bought them. Very good value.

I was concerned when I received these because they are so thin and wobbly. There’s no way you could fill them with anything liquid and carry them to the oven. I put a flat pan underneath them and made mini quiches. What I LOVE about these pans is that the silicone doesn’t get hot so you can handle it easily right out of the oven, just flip them over and the food drops right out, and they are SO easy to clean - pop each cup through from the other side, clean, and pop back into place. They stack really well, too. The colors are helpful if you’re making different versions of the same dish - easy to keep track of which recipe is in which color.

I used these to make mini salted caramel brownies for an employee appreciation dinner. They did not stick and were easy to clean. I highly recommend!

I have used these for cupcakes several times. Didnt have to grease them & they came out great. They dont hold alot but love them! Use them for homemade Peanutbutter cups & they come out perfect. Even cut one of them down the middle & they still work great! Love these! So glad I got them! Not hard to wash either! Just make sure you be careful what soap you use as some tend to leach into silicone.

My grandmother LOVES making egg bits like what you get at Starbucks but didn’t want to pay the price and with as much as she sprayed a traditional pan the egg bites stuck so I bought her these and she fell in love after first use. Highly recommend these

They work fine but they are very flimsy. They have to go on a baking pan to hold them in place and need to be filled once on the pan because they are too flimsy to pick up and move once filled. They worked fine - just a little hard to move around.

I use this with my class and we make mini muffins. They’re easy to use. I notice a lot of people complained about them being flimsy… There’s silicone of course they’re flimsy! We put them on cookie sheets and they’re awesome.

great non stick muffin trey. it's a bit flimsy so I just put it on a cookie sheet. on the plus side it makes it easier to clean.I have enjoyed using this product.
Did the trick
I baked mini brownie cupcakes with a soft centre and they came out great. The cupcakes just slid out without having to grease the mould first.The mould is a little thin and fragile so I placed it on a baking tray for more stability.Once baked, allow to COOL IN THE MOULD for at least 10 mins before you pop them out.Easy to wash and I just put them back in the warm oven to dry without the need to hand dry the individual cases

Pratique, les moules s'empilent pour les ranger dans le placard. On peut aussi empiler 1 "colonne" uniquement, pour former une plaque plus grande dans le four. J'arrive ainsi à faire 6 x 7 gougères en une seule fournée.Attention à bien les poser sur une grille car le moule est très souple.

Superb baking cups!
I love these baking cups! I had metal ones, and my baking always stuck in them no matter how much or what I greased them with. These guys don’t even need any greasing! They’re WONDERFUL!!! They do need a cookie sheet under them, but all silicone products do. You can’t expect to use a product like this alone in the oven, it won’t be stable enough. But I can fit two at a time both on their own cookie sheet and cook two batches while I prepare two more to go in, this is the perfect amount of sheets. I bake peanut butter cookies in them and when they come out of the oven I squish in either a mini peanut butter cup or lindor ball. They need to be frozen to set, but only about 15-20 min. Yes, you’re welcome for the awesome idea too! And of course they’re delicious!!
