We take two capsules prior to meals and they really do suppress appettite without jitteryness. They leave you with a feeling of being full but not bloated. We can already tell that these capsules, rich with fiber(!), will help us to lose weight.

I am ecstatic to be able to order this item. If I try to order it from the manufacturer, Swanson Vitamins, it is apparently not legal to ship to New York because governor Hochul made some kind of rule that supplements that make claims for weight loss are not allowed to be shipped in New York. She probably owns stock in ozempic which is quickly being shown to be poisonous, causing blindness hair loss liver and kidney damage. This is a supplement I use not necessarily as a weight loss product but because it helps your stomach processing food regardless of what you've eaten.

These are only a little difficult for me to swallow I think because of my thyroid nodule, this might be a good thing because I drink lots of fluids to get them down, which they recommend. I find by evening I have a definite "full" feeling. I had to take the pills a little earlier or I was too bloated in the evening. But after adjusting my dose to 3 pills before breakfast and 3 before lunch( I eat lunch later around 2), I'm not uncomfortable sleeping. The whole point is that it keeps me from eating after 7 or I am uncomfortable. It really helps on my fast days too(I do intermittent fasting) to help me feel full. I think this is a good product.
