Overall very happy. Pills are large and hard for me to swallow. Although I managed. I would prefer a powder option. Not sure that’s even available. Still very pleased with this purchase. Definitely works as intended for.

They may help a little bit but the 700 mg helped me tremendously. This (changed) product does not help hardly at all. The packaging has been changed on many or all of these as well. I'm not happy with the new 665 mg but was thrilled with the previous 700 mg.

It did not provide a feel of fullness. Maybe it is fiber though?

The pill expands into a gelatinous mass that stops you up.

These pills are easy to take but I can't see too much of a change after taking them(2 pills at a time) Definitely take with plenty of water.
