For the last 5 years I've been using Affrin EVERYDAY, at least twice a day and in the middle of the night since I always woke up with my nose completely stuffed.I've tried to quit before because I know how harmful those can be, but the attempts were never successful.These strips have helped me tremendously! I've been using them for a week now and for the last 4 days, I have not used Affrin AT ALL. Mind you that I'm also using the nebulizer once a day or so and the Saline Aloe Vera gel to moisturize my nose passages, but I wear the strips daily (morning till evening) and they do an amazing job of keeping me able to breathe during the day. 10/10 recommend!!

I don't usually write reviews, but these REALLY helped with my pregnancy snoring!!! The second I put on the strip I can breathe in so much better. My spouse can finally sleep in the same room with me and I'm sleeping better too! Stayed on all night and didn't hurt my very sensitive skin. I'm a believer! If you snore give these a try.

I'm not entirely sure I need these strips. But I deal with single-sided congestion on a fairly regular basis and I've recently decided to do as much as I can to improve my sleep so I decided to give these a try to see if they help with anything.I've used other breathing strips in the past that I thought were OK, but didn't blow me away. I deliberately chose extra strength because I remember feeling like the strips I tried in the past didn't do as much as I would have liked.These are super easy to apply. I rub my nose with an alcohol pad to clean my skin of serum and moisturizer first. Then I apply the strip across my nose as evenly as possible. The strip lasts all night and would last even longer if I left it in the morning. I am allergic to many adhesives, fortunately, I do not react to these.My only complaint is that I have a nose ring and the ends of the strips are really wide. I wish they were more petite as I have a small short woman's nose. I think if the ends were less thick, I'd be more comfortable especially due to my piercing. I'll be switching from a ring to a stud and hopefully, the smaller surface space will make it less of a problem.

I originally bought to help eliminate my snoring. They have helped decrease, but not eliminate, my snoring. However, I feel much more comfortable in my breathing at night with these - not sure how I ever slept without them now. I think I can take deeper breaths, and they also help when my nose is congested, allowing it to stay a little open.Overall an improvement to my sleep, but will probably have to combine with some other remedies to tackle my snoring issue.

I bought these as I was running out of the flesh colored Breathe Right extra strength strips.These have less adhesive and be easily removed without warm water, like in the middle of the night, which is the recommended method for removing the flesh ones.Both are labeled "extra strength" but these are not. Result is solid color ones work better-buy those instead.

This thing saved my spouse from being smothered in his sleep. We got these just to try them out and I'm so glad we did we both got restful sleep. Bees knees item 9 10/10Super easy to use just make sure your nose os washed and free from oils and your good to go.You get about a months worth in a box so the price is really not that bad.

This is definitely a must have. When trying it on the first time I felt a massive improvement. I have a sharp and narrow nose which has caused difficulty breathing, but this product fixes that and is easy to use. It is strong and durable allowing for my nostrils to open without being harsh on my skin.

These are very comfortable to wear & fit perfectly. They do a good job have helping you breathe better but let's be honest it doesn't help with snoring. Now I will say that breathing through your nose the whole time you sleep will reduce the sound of snoring it you're still snoring. Very easy to put on & take off, fairly priced, & good quality since they don't fall off.
