I have had some issues with saline spray nozzles being defective, but this brand's spray nozzle is holding up really well.

I needed a new spray for my piercings and didn’t want to spend more on the same brand I bought at my piercer’s shop. This worked just as great as the one I had. Sprayed it on my both my helix piercings and the swelling went down.
