I have a hard time finding vitamins that do not contain megadoses of B-12. This one is one of the few, and I can take it without an allergic reaction. I like that is made from whole food. I can take on an empty stomach and not have issues. I haven't noticed a difference, but like most supplements, you usually do not notice until you stop taking the.
