I'm giving this a 4 because I thought it was going to smell better than it does. It smells a little chemically. My hair does feel really soft though. I also like that my hair feels moisturized without feeling really heavy or greasy. I've used other milk shake products and loved them. I probably won't buy this conditioner again because it's kind of expensive not to love it, but I will definitely try another product.
