The fish-scale border is comprised of different blue and white hues to create an under the sea charm. The Coastal Tier and Valance Set includes one valance and two tiers; all pieces are made of machine washable, light filtering fabric. Each piece has a 1 inch header and a 1.5 inch rod pocket. The ensemble looks great on standard or decorative rods under one inch in diameter.
