With 125mg of natural caffeine from green tea, I feel energized and focused during my workouts without any jitters or crashes afterward. The inclusion of vegan BCAAs and EAAs supports my muscle recovery, and the added CLA and L-Carnitine assist in weight management. I have been working out for 20+ years and have tried countless pre-workouts. They have literally destroyed my stomach (thank you C4). This one is by far my FAVORITE! Tastes just like fruit punch, goes down easy without the burn and no weird jitters. I feel focused and just the right amount of energy to power through my workouts without feeling overstimulated or shaky. I needed a supplement that is easy on the stomach (not too acidic or full of chemicals) and this one checks all of my boxes. I will continue to use this pre-workout!Also, my fellow 12-hour shifters (nurses)…I keep this in my bag for when I start dragging around hours 9-10. I can still get to sleep when I get home but it gives me a little pep to finish my shift!

As a pre-workout, it has been great at giving a boost of energy without feeling over caffeinated. Tastes better than a lot of other brands but I have an issue with how sweet it tastes; way too much Splenda. The recommended mix is 2 scoops for 8 to 10 ounces of water but I have to use 24oz to get it to a tolerable level.I might buy it again but I’ll be trying other brands first.

By far the best pre workout, I have tried! Great taste and easy on the stomach for all of us IBS girlies. Clean ingredients, doesnt make me feel tingly, good about of energy without feeling like to much. I've been using for 2 years and will continue love their products and customer service.

Pre workout drink. This helps me the most on workouts after work (evening workouts) it gives me enough energy to get through the workout without getting me all up at night. Great flavor as well!
