I let the night guard soak all day and noticed an immediate difference after the very first time. I used a tablet daily for a week, then switched to about once every week or two for regular cleaning and maintenance. I do need to wash it with soap afterwards to make sure it doesn't have any weird taste lingering (just a warm water rinse isn't enough). Glad I stumbled across these!

I tried these because of the lower price. I thought they’d probably be ok but not as good as the other one i normally use. I could not have been more wrong. These are amazing, lots of fizz. My partial came out sparkling clean. So glad I decided to give these a try, they’ll be my go to from now on.
