Hubby and I are on a carnivore diet. Its kind of hard to find non-meat items that work for us. This fits the bill because they only have salt, and they are cooked in pork fat. It definitely adds variety into the diet, with a crunchy chip like feel. Helps the diet not feel so monotonous.We had found another pork rind that worked and had been eating those until we found these. There is just so much more flavor in these when we did a side by side comparison and taste test. The nutrition facts blow the competitor out the water! Delicious and nutritious!

These pork rinds are baked and most are quite puffy & light although a few pieces were harder and had more crunch. The himilayan salted is one of Epic's milder flavors. The baked version has less fat content.

I do not eat these Oven Baked Pork Rinds as a snack, I put them into any soup, and then add some salt and pepper (sometimes even with some vinegar). I eat them as a meal almost every week. They are really delicious and healthy!
