It has a timer of 15 minutes and I will sit with this on for up to 1 to 2 hours sometimes I fall asleep with it. It's very comforting it has a heat element and it's easy to move around to find the spots that are sore. It was well worth the money spent very easy to use and massage functions of balls work extremely well and you're able to maneuver them to the spots that need the most massaging sometimes if you press too hard balls will stop rolling so I have to be careful because I don't want to strip the motor on it by doing so. The rollability of the spinning balls are is very nice and it was well worth the money I spent.

I really didn’t think this product would be very useful and got it for my boyfriend for his birthday as a kind of joke because he refuses to get professional massages. But it turns out that we both actually really like it and use it a lot! We keep it in the living room tucked away and pull it out anytime we have sore or stiff back muscles or if I’m getting a headache. I use it a lot for my shoulders and upper back and he mostly uses it for his shoulders and lower back. I love that you can change the speed and I like that it warms up a bit with the red light. It has a lot of power and you can control the pressure with your arms through the loops which I really like. The rotating shiatsu balls inside are surprisingly effective at kneading the muscles really deeply. I also like that you can change the direction in which they rotate (and they change direction during the session on their own as well, which I also like.). Really surprisingly impressed with this product and the fact that it has lasted three years is incredible! I have recommended it to all my family and friends.

As someone who has a lot of neck and shoulder pain from working at a desk all day, I can say this truly works! The overall design is bulky but you can use the arm holes to shift the positioning of it to really get into the muscle knots. The heat level isn’t really that warm but I think that this massager is wonderful for the price.Also, it comes with a car adapter so you can use it on roadtrips!!

This is a great massage option for shoulders and necks. The arm straps allow you to control how much or how little pressure you want to put and also direct it to a location. This was a great fathers day gift!!

OMG when I say this little thing is AMAZING I amnot kidding. I bought this for my man for Father’s Day a few months ago, the kids suggested it because he worls spbkich. Fast forward to now, I’m 7 mos pregnant and I’ve been complaining to him that I’ve been having alot of lower back pain. He suggested I give this a try. I honestly forget he even had it, but boyyy am I glad he brought it up! 10/10 !!!! I used it last night and tonight and the relief I feel is incredible. Like no joke, this has gotten rid of so much tension for me. So happy that it has the arm rests, cause it makes it so convenient. The warmer is always a nice feature. I rarely ever leave reviews and I think today was actually my last day cause its been 90 days, but I had to share this. If you’re an expecting mama especially, get this ! You wont regret it you can angle it by moving your arms a certain way to hit different muscles or also let it sit on your lower lower back/butt because its always pressure there from being on your feet all day. I did my legs also lol.Great price, highly recommend!

This neck massager works great! I got it as a Christmas present for my husband, and he really loved it. It’s perfect for using while sitting at a desk or relaxing. Unfortunately, it stopped working after a couple of weeks—I suspect the issue is with the small cable that connects to the power outlet. Hoping to get a replacement soon because we really enjoyed it while it lasted!

I don't know why I didn't review this sooner, I've had it for 4 years now...I love it! It works great! You can tailor how much pressure you want by holding the handles, and place it anywhere on your back or neck. The heat is nice if you're centering it in one spot. It's the best one I've owned because of it's versatility, function, and durability. I would definitely by another, if this one ends up going out on me someday.

Cheaper than a single massage and you can use it whenever you want. The product I received is actually a lovely teal colour instead of the bright blue pictured and comes in a matching bowling style bag 😍 I received it the day after ordering and have used it multiple times and telling everyone I know about them. Will probably buy a few for Christmas presents!! Best ~$50 I've ever spent.
