It’s easy to fold up and place in the back of my Jeep. I opted for the larger one and I’m glad I did, because it definitely has enough space for all my gear. It rolls smooth and feels sturdy, just be sure to put your foot on the back of it when going over a door threshold or over a crack in concrete, especially when it’s fully loaded. It’s awesome and I love it! I leave it in the garage and it’s useful for putting groceries or shopping bags on to roll from the car to the back door.

My brother had purchased the normal-sized cart locally at a store, and he was using it daily while working in a kitchen/dishes at a couple different restaurants. He would use it to bus tables and stuff. It was working very well, the wheels unscrewed a couple times is all. I would screw them back in, I should have put loctite on the threads but I was out :( The wheels use a standard M10x1.5 thread.Anyways, he is very tall, so he wished the cart was taller so he could reach the handle easier. We ended up getting the XL version listed here. It is a good 6-inches taller, and the wheels are slightly larger diameter so they will go over bumps a little better. The wheels look like they are threaded in like the others, so we will see, but they appear to be of "okay" quality. (I have a set of rollerblade-style office chair wheels with an M10 thread in my cart, as potential replacements when/if that day comes.)Differences between the normal cart and the XL cart:More expensiveWheels a little biggerSix inches tallerThe aluminum legs that form the corners are beefier.The plastic shelves are the same and the folding mechanism is the same, it works well and locks tight. Given the shelves, I wouldn't go putting the advertised 300-lb weight capacity on there. This isn't necessarily "factory" or "construction site" duty. But my brother, who isn't exactly careful with stuff, has been taking it to-and-from his apartment to the "back stage workings" of two different restaurants every day for several months and nothing has broken yet, so that's fairly impressive.

Ordered this cart via Bolo warehouse as I was able to save $40.00 off list price. It was listed as used/very good condition. I figured that it would have scratches, or some damage, but I didn't care as I was going to use it to haul tools, parts, etc to 6 different buildings in 3 different cities. The box came in an it was an outer box from Bolo and it had some crush damage to it. I then opened it and the box that the cart was packed in was destroyed. There was writing on it stating only "return". I figured that it was going to be pretty bad shape. But lo and behold, there wasn't a scratch on it! Pulled the cart out from the end that was retaped closed (I assume it was an inspection from Bolo) and snapped the cart open.I checked for any damage, missing hardware, etc. but everything in its place. My toolbag weighs around 30lbs, and I was using a shopping cart to haul it into the building. Lifting the bag out of the cart and the into the pickup was a chore. Now the top shelf is almost in line with the tailgate to the truck. Makes it easier on me (and my back) to get the bag loaded. Using the shopping cart to haul my bag and parts bin, it would fill up the cart. Sometims I would have trouble accessing the side pockets of the tool bag. Now I have full access to my tools and plenty of room for parts and specialty tools for whatever job I'm working on. Rolls easy, I'm 6'5" tall and i don't have to slump down to push it. The shelves have some bounce to them, but there will be, since it is 2 pieces. I'm liking it so far, time will tell how it hold up. Going to rig hooks on the back side to hang a ladder from it. May take picture of it to update later.**UPDATE** I found stress cracks on the top shelf on the side that does not have the support bar. I reversed the shelf, so the cracks are on the support bar side. A new crack appeared after a week. Made a support bar to hold up the shelf. After 1 year, the casters failed, replaced now the caster holes have failed. The cart comes loose a lot and is very wobbly. Ordering in a carlisle cart to replace this one.

I purchased this cart specifically because of the carts height and mobility. I purchased a “like new” model for less because I thought that the original price of approximately $264 + tax was somewhat unreasonable, and I am glad I did. The cart itself is generally sturdy, has good storage capacity, is the perfect height, and it rolls perfectly, straight out of the box.My only concern is the shelves. They are made with that hard, breakable plastic, are not as thick as I expected, and don’t appear to be sturdy enough in order to be able to handle 100 lbs each on a regular basis (I have another rolling cart that costs over $100 less that has shelves that are made of very strong, durable plastic, but it’s only 30” tall). The shelves on this Olympia cart are not what I would have expected for the original $264 + tax price.Overall, I like the cart, and I give it 4 stars.

Due to an injury, I have limited use of one leg and using a cane, so I needed something to help me get things in and out of the oven, onto the counter etc. it’s also great to use getting groceries from the garage to the kitchen, this has been a lifesaver in keeping my independence! It folds-up nicely and easily, rolls easily on tile and carpet, highly recommend.

Have 2 smaller 150 lb capacity ones too. No set up required. Take out of the box, unfold, & you're ready to go. Sturdy but lightweight enough to throw in the back of a car. The attached wheels move the cart in any direction & are especially easy to slide on smooth floors but will also move on carpeted floors with a bit more effort. Two wheels have brakes if needed. Simple in design with one bar on the back side to either lift up to collapse or push down to open the cart fully. I like the framed trays to keep things contained although sometimes wish the front portion had no barrier, but that's a only minor drawback occasionally. These are an excellent solution for extra storage or as a work cart & only wish Bolo carried them all the time as they seem to disappear from stock frequently. Please keep making these available for purchase Bolo! Highly recommended - even if they are made in China.

Excellent Design

I am in the process of moving from a big house to a small condo. I have been using this cart to pack boxes up and down an elevator and it works wonderfully. It's sturdy and the wheels glide effortlessly. Easy to fold up. I feel, however, like it needs to have a latch mechanism for when it is in the folded state to stop the cart from spontaneously opening. Maybe there is a latch but I couldn't find one! Also - I have a jeep wrangler and this cart is pretty long when in the folded position. It just barely fits in the back of my jeep with the seat removed. But this gem has been a lifesaver for an independent girl who hates asking for help moving haha! Highly recommend this.

Great cart, but the plastic trays seem weak / flimsy... even though they are supposedly good for 100lbs. An all metal version would be nice to see in the future. The wheels are as smooth as silk on our shop floor. Thinking about posting a review video on my YouTube channel.

Very convenient and sturdy (XL version). Folds and rolls great. I use it as a mobile table to keep tools handy while working on a car. Would buy again.

Ok overall but I think the shelves easy to break

I ordered a used, Bolo warehouse returned cart that came in a pretty much destroyed box. The unit looked ok upon extracting, but turned out to have several hidden plastic cracks at joint points where shelves connected to the frame (compromising stability & strength - I had to return the cart as unusable).Of the cart itself, I found the shelf rim edging to be somewhat brittle with pieces breaking off easily with little pressure applied (near where the shelves were already damaged). One side of the cart is completely open with little support which caused a small dip if you place anything heavier on that side. Each individual shelf is rated to hold up to 100 lb NOT 300 lb (300 lb is the TOTAL weight the cart can hold). I like how the cart folded up which was why I bought it. However if someone is not familiar with HOW to fold the cart, they might apply too much pressure on the shelves trying to fold it rather than using the handle & support structure on one side to do so which can cause the shelves to crack where they connect to the frame (I suspect this was the source of the damage on the cart I received). The cart comes with heavy duty wheels with brakes, nicer than the wheels I saw in the photo when purchasing.I personally think wooden blocks or plastic putty/filler should be glued/applied to the gaps on the underside of the shelves where they connect to the frame to give them more strength & support. I also think it would be a good idea for a purchaser to glue/bolt an 1/8" sheet of plywood/fiberboard onto the top of the plastic shelves to make them stronger & thicker (will still leave a good sized rim).Chances are I would have been quite happy with this cart & kept it if I had not received it in such a damaged state.
