Great value for money. Love that I can change the weights and build up weight as needed or others in family can change weight to their needs. Weight bags slide out easily. You will need to have some patience putting them back in. Main wrap feels durable. Time will tell if sand bags leak or not. No smell. Fits my ankles nicely and even over legs above my knees. Using for both lateral leg lifts, clamshells and some core exercises.

I’ve been using these ankle weights for a few months now and honestly, no complaints. They’re versatile, easy to adjust, and the weight customization is super handy. The Velcro holds well, though occasionally I spot little fuzzies peeling off—nothing dramatic, just mildly cosmetic. Still doing their job like champs!

These weights were almost perfect for my need. The problem is when all 5 weights are being used, the strap is not long enough to meet when wrapped around my ankle. It would be nice if the strap was longer. If you have small legs, these weights will work fine. I love the fact that the weights are adjustable and come out easily.

These ankle weights are fantastic! They're easy to use. Easy to slip on and off and fit around my ankles perfectly. The velcro is incredibly user friendly. The individual weights slide in and out with minimal difficulty. And there's been no leaking of sand and I've owned for over a month at this point. They're super helpful for my physical therapy at home which is why I purchased. They're a great buy definitely worth the money if you're looking to do some late to moderate weight activity at home.

Extremely easy to put on and take off, I have a torn meniscus and this really helps with the pain (I can’t explain why one a scientific and biological sense but it does help me) fits most people, if you have bigger ankles it would be difficult putting on.The weight isn’t much numbers wise but you can absolutely feel the difference wearing it and especially when you take it off after 10mins of walking with them.Velcro hold is strong but it would be annoying if you try running with them. I propose using it for everyday life like walking and lounging around.I like to do leg lifts while laying down and you’d be surprised how great of a workout you get.

These are nice weights, however they do have a couple issues that I am having with them. The measurements say ankles from 7.5 inches. My ankles are 7.5 inches, yet the weights slide around because even with folding the edge over to tighten the velcro more, it is still too loose on my ankle. I am only using 2 packs right now and that may change when I increase the weight and it takes up more space up on it. While walking, they slide around until they are hurting my ankle and I have to stop and turn them. The description says 1 pound per weight. It is not, it is only 15.4 oz per weight but when you weight the whole belt it is 5 lbs. Just saying the packs of sand are not 1 pound each. They are not easy to put on and off for me. Mostly putting on as the velcro is a wide long strap and getting it secured takes a bit. The other issue is that the top of the holder comes up to show the bags. This may or may not be an issue unless the bag gets hit on something that tears it open. Overall they are nice, just not a good fit for such a small person even though they say they are. I do recommend them, just be aware of the facts stated above.

These ankle weights make me feel like a superhero in training—or at least someone who takes fitness very personally. The adjustable weights let me scale my suffering from “light bounce” to “why do my legs feel like cement?”They stay on snugly, don’t chafe, and have yet to fly off mid-jog (which is more than I can say for my motivation). The removable weight pouches are a little stubborn, but hey, wrestling with them counts as a warm-up, right?
