There were pro's and cons to all of the products in this combo pack, but overall I have to say that I love this shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo was unfortunately the most drying of any purple shampoo I've ever used (and I've used many), but in contrast, the conditioner was by far the most hydrating, so they definitely balanced each other out. After using the shampoo (which I actually applied to dry hair for more color depositing), and then followed by using the conditioner in the shower, my hair was soft, smelled great, and the tone was absolutely brilliant. Currently I'm embracing my gray, so my natural hair is growing in silver and the ends are still yellow/blonde. This turned all of my hair a silver color and reduced the transition line, and really brightened it up. I'm so impressed that I'll probably tell my colorist about this line, as she is always keen to learn about new purple shampoo products that she can tell others about and use herself.As far as the purple hair mask goes, I am really disappointed. I tried this about a week after using and loving the shampoo/conditioning combo, thinking that it would give it an extra boost of toning. It softened my hair ok, but the color was terrible, nothing like the other products. It definitely has more blue color in it, which can be seen before even applying the hair mask. After leaving it in for a few minutes and rinsing, I found that it had completely darkened my hair. Even my natural silver was muted and dull, all of the silvery brightness was gone. It made my hair not only look like dirty dishwater, but about 3 shades darker than before. I will never use the hair mask again, and I'm extremely disappointed in this particular product, especially after how well the original shampoo/conditioner worked and how much I loved it. Every product works differently on different hair types, but unfortunately I cannot recommend the conditioning hair mask due to the fact that the toning properties were drastically different than the other products, and made my hair look really dull and lifeless. This is really unfortunate, because all of these products should work together seamlessly, but they do not.However... as I said...the shampoo/conditioner combo is wonderful, and I will be telling everyone about it who is looking to transition to their natural grey or just trying to make their light blonde hair more pale/to remove the yellow tones. It brightens perfectly, and really creates/accentuates the silver highlights. These products are a bit pricy, but I honestly believe that they are well worth the cost because I know that I will not have to use them as often as other products I've tried. Other than the purple conditioning mask, I'm very very happy with this purchase.

LOVE THIS STUFF!!! worth the price, very good for removing brassiness from bleached or yellowing hair. Highly effective, love the lavender tones.MY RECOMMENDATION:If your hair is superrrr brassy, do not wet it down like the directions say. Glob it up and very heavily saturated your hair and leave it on 20 minutes before washing. I left it on 20 after application stopped and I was worried it would over tone but it didn't but IT DID heavily tone down the brassiness of my 8 weeks plus grown out and unkept bleached hair.I wouldn't recommend doing my suggestion right after a chemical process though due to the porosity of freshly bleached hair. If you haven't done a chemical process in a bit and your hairs brassy, do it tho! Very happy with bold uniq

The media could not be loaded. I honestly didn’t expect this to outperform my usual ColorCharm toner — but it actually did, at least in the beginning. I’m a natural blonde, and I’ve tried all the typical purple shampoos and toners out there, but blue toning products are what really work for my hair.This Bold Uniq purple hair mask lightened and neutralized the brassiness in my hair noticeably during the first few uses. Over time, I noticed it started to plateau — it didn’t keep lightening past a certain point, but that makes sense. It’s likely reached the level my hair can go without further lifting.Even though the lightening tapered off, I still use it every two weeks as a part of my maintenance routine. It keeps my hair looking fresh, cool-toned, and not overly processed. It also didn’t dry my hair out — which is huge — thanks to the added oils like coconut and marula in the formula.Another plus? It’s vegan, cruelty-free, and sulfate/paraben-free, which makes me feel better about using it regularly.If you’re blonde (natural or bleached) and struggling with stubborn brassy tones, this might be the toner that finally works for you. It won't keep lifting forever, but it does a solid job of tone correction and conditioning.

Nachdem ich vor ca. 8 Jahren mit blonden Strähnen anfangen habe, dann zu Ombré und anschließend Balayage gewechselt habe, bin ich mittlerweile bei einem wasserstoffblonden Bob angelangt. D.h., dass ich also viel Erfahrung mit Blond, Blond-Pflege, Silber-Shampoos, Kuren, &&&& habe. ;-)Ich habe in den Jahren wirklich etliche Produkte ausprobiert und will gar nicht wissen wie viel Geld ich dafür insgesamt ausgegeben habe.Vieles war aus der Drogerie (Swiss-O-Par, Guhl), zuletzt aber verstärkt Friseur-Produkte, die leider nicht gerade günstig waren (z.B.: L'Oreal Profesionnel, Wella System Professional, Mangala Tönungskur von Glynt).Ich muss sagen, nichts davon war der Bringer für mich, am ehesten vllt. noch die Mangala Kur.An allen diesen Produkten hat mich am meisten das ewige Einwirken genervt. Ich habe im Alltag einfach nicht die Zeit und Lust mein Shampoo oder Spülung 20min und mehr einwirken zu lassen. Ohne das lange Einwirken hatte man aber einfach quasi 0,0 Effekt.Mit dieser Haarmaske habe ich aber ENDLICH ein gutes Produkt für meine Pflege gefunden, das wirklich das tut was es soll: Den Gelbstich neutralisieren- und zwar sofort!Ich benutze die Kur bei jeder, bis jeder zweiten Wäsche und lasse sie ca 2 bis max. 5 min einwirken, das reicht bei mir vollkommen!Für den Beginn würde ich empfehlen die Maske lieber zu kurz als zu lang zu tragen- ich habe es tatsächlich auch schon einmal geschafft meine Ponysträhnen komplett ergrauen zu lassen. Beim Auftragen deswegen auch unbedingt darauf achten die Maske gleichmäßig und sorgfältig in die Haare einzuarbeiten, ggf. dafür einem Kamm benutzen.Neben dem Silber-Effekt finde ich auch, dass sie sehr gut pflegt, meinem mehrmals voll blondiertem Haar sieht man die Strapazen wirklich nicht an. Es ist glänzend, fast schon seidig und ich habe weder Spliss noch Haarbruch (schone es aber auch wo ich kann). Auch Grund dafür wieso ich die Kur jetzt wieder nachgekauft habe.Wer allerdings wirklich einen Färbe-Unfall/ Experiment hatte oder fleckiges Blond hat, dem empfehle ich aber ganz klar eine professionelle Farbkorrektur beim Frisör. Da die Kur logischerweise auf jeder Grundfarbe gleich stark reagiert, kann sie so etwas natürlich nicht ausgleichen... ist ja auch kein Zaubermittel.Alles in allem von mir alle Daumen nach oben!

This stuff is amazing.Makes hair feel nice and soft afterwards whilst maintaining that purple/grey pigment.Love it.Great Value, great product. Must buy if you love the silver look. Hair masks are treatments too!!

Maschera eccezionale

Premetto che ho usato solo la maschera senza alcuno shampoo antigiallo, su capelli biondo scuro con meches bionde di varie gradazioni. Le parti decolorate avevano assunto un tono giallastro e arancione, quindi ho deciso di acquistare questo prodotto. Dopo lo shampoo, su capelli tamponati, ne ho usato davvero poco di prodotto rispetto alla quantità di capelli e alla lunghezza. Si applica bene anche solo con le dita, senza pettinare, distribuendosi uniformemente. Non ha lasciato macchie o chiazze in testa o sulla pelle, ma consiglio vivamente l'uso dei guanti e di un asciugamano per salvaguardare unghie e vestiti. Ho tenuto l'impacco per 15-20 min con pellicola (so di avere un capello poco poroso e che non assorbe bene i prodotti, quindi per me 5 minuti di posa sono inutili) e il risultato è stato incredibile già dalla prima applicazione. Capelli morbidissimi e di una splendida tonalità cenere, tendente al biondo freddo e platino sulle parti più decolorate. Addirittura, la mia ricrescita naturale ha assunto degli splendidi riflessi cenere scuro, levando quell'alone di miele e oro dai capelli che proprio non mi è mai piaciuto. Inoltre, questa maschera non mi ha affatto lasciato i capelli secchi, anzi! Devo dire però che, nel mio caso, il giorno prima avevo fatto un impacco di olio di mandorla e olio di cocco su tutta la lunghezza in modo da idratare bene prima di provarlo (impacco da tenere tutta la notte, per poi procedere al lavaggio la mattina seguente, con annessa questa maschera). Consiglio di fare questo impacco a chi ha i capelli secchi, insistendo soprattutto sulle punte, in modo da ridurne la porosità ed evitare di ritrovarsi con la parte finale delle lunghezze grige o addirittura viola. In tal modo otterrete senza dubbio un colore più omogeneo.Per concludere, prodotto VALIDISSIMO e che sicuramente riacquisterò!

I have never written a review before in my life but this product is amazing. I was looking on Bolo to buy toner for my hair, since my highlights had turned brassy and I didn't want to pay my hairdresser to colour correct. I naturally have hair that starts to move towards red undertones easily and have been using purple shampoo and conditioner since highlighting my hair, but this had done absolutely nothing to stop the brassy tones from coming through. I was apprehensive about toning my own hair because I know if you don't pick the right one based on your level of blonde it will be totally waste of money. I decided to try this mask first as it wasn't too expensive, so what the hell?!? I used it the first time and left it in longer than they suggested (about 10 minutes) and it did turn my hair (very, very) slightly blue but overall it looked amazing and washed out the next time I shampooed my hair. I had purposely left it on too long because in the past I had bought an expensive mask from my high-end hair salon and was told if I wanted to temporarily dye my hair I could it I leave it on longer and I would have a hint of blue in my hair. I left thr\e expensive mask on forever and not only did it not tint my hair, but it also didn't remove the brassiness either. So I ignored the warning in the instructions and left it on longer, assuming that my hair was unable to be tinted by masks. I have learned my lesson, just over 5 minutes is more than enough for this product. I am shocked that this product, which has a good price point, is the first one to work on my hair. I was looking at the 1 star reviews and I honestly have no idea how this product worked so differently for them. For me this product made my highlights blonder than when I left the hairdressers and it buys me a lot of extra time before I have to return to the salon. An added bonus was that after I washed my hair, was my boyfriend, out of the blue, commented on how shiny my hair was. I have used many masks in the past to try to add shine to my hair but have been told that with my hair type it is unlikely that I can ever have shiny hair. Well I have found a product that not only dealt with my brassiness problem but also made my hair shiny. Having such little success in the past, even with expensive products, I am shocked and thrilled by how effective this product was. Completely worth the money!
