Multiple times per day. But while having some dental work done recently with a new dentist (some cavities crept in during the Covid pandemic when all the clinics in my region were closed, and it took a LONG time to get scheduled after that), he helped me understand that I wasn't being as effective with brushing as I needed to be.For the first time in my life (after having over a dozen dentists over the decades), he showed me a new technique using a mirror and a very soft-bristle toothbrush by this company -- G.U.M. He showed me how to gently -- keyword, gently ("It shouldn't hurt", he said) -- use a SOFT brush to remove plaque better at the gum line. (Why has no other dentist in my life taught me this?)And after his demo, he gave me the toothbrush that he used. When I got home and looked closer, I learned that the G.U.M. brush had bristles that were not cut off flat, but had tiny bristles that stood "up" from the flat surface. Those extra fine bristles made brushing SO MUCH EASIER and painless around my gums. Those fine bristles fit into the tight spaces between teeth.So I ordered three more from Bolo when I got home. This review is about them. This is my new brand of toothbrush now. I've retired all others for use in scrubbing between shower tiles.I added a Waterpik countertop water flosser, and along with these brushes, it has totally changed my dental hygiene for the better.

These are soft yet not so soft it feels like you’re brushing with a q-tip. They clean well and don’t irritate my gums. I’m definitely repurchasing.

Good Medium Toothbrush.
These brushes are good for removing small particles of food which stick in between your teeth that other brushes miss. They would be a medium brush which is what I prefer. The quality is good and they last for months.
