I have had good results with this product. I took it according to instructions for the first month then cut the dosage in half and continued daily dosing. Instructions are easy to read and follow adding to the value of the product is the ease of the capsule to swallow. I feel that I have and continue to cleanse my liver and my energy level has climbed.

These seem to be a good product with high quality ingredients. My wife and I have both taken these for about a year. No upset stomach and easy to swallow.

Ordering my second bottle now. My hubby takes a statin which is hard on the liver & I love my wine so, we went through our first bottle quickly. Seems to help with digestion & bowl movements for me even though my diet is terrible. However my husband often complains of GI issues. I don’t think he takes them consistently. The pills are large, hard to swallow & taste awful. Don’t even think of taking them on an empty stomach! I’m getting my annual blood work done next week, I’ll be curious to see what my liver enzymes are. I had a bout of mononucleosis that attacked my liver years ago, you don’t want to be liver sick. It was miserable.5/6/22I did an ultrasound of my liver which is fatty unfortunately. Apparently that does not go away. However, my ALT & AST numbers were amazing! So this product does in fact seem to help with liver function on some levels-like I said earlier in my review my diet is not good & I love wine!1/11/2023We’ve gone through several bottles of this now. I did try another brand-but you take them 30 minutes before eating & I kept forgetting. These really seem to be best choice for us. I recommend this supplement.

I bought this product because of the ingredients and the reviews, but with further research I have learned that this product contains very low amounts of each ingredient in order help me with what I need.Probably ok for someone with a very healthy liver, but I have NAFLD so in order to help regenerate it I need higher mg of these ingredients and more than 1x a day, along with changing my diet and implementing daily exercise.Just because the ingredients are good & appear to be of good quality, doesn't mean the daily dosage is as needed. So keep that in mind when looking for a product to fit your personal goals/needs.

I've had high Bilirubin for years just circling the high level. I was told I had Gilbert's syndrome, nothing to worry about. But I took it seriously and started to look at how to help lower that number. Well, I started taking this 6 months ago 2 pills a day and I just had a blood test and as you can see, I think this speaks for the effectiveness of the pill. Amazing. I've changed nothing else in my life and still enjoy cocktails, bacon, and everything else I've come to love. I will say taking it in the morning on an empty stomach is not recommended I take one at lunch and one at dinner. So blown away by the blood test results.
