Great quality of image day or night time. All features work perfectly. Keeps all movement as a daily monitoring in the system. Just have to get me one of those memory cards and well be all set. The best of all, the solar panel keeps the battery charged even on rainy or cloudy days. I will get another one asap, that's how good this camera it's.

Works as expected no issues, one star off as camera came activated with unknown password, I had to spend extra time to reset the camera and reactivate it.

It may be that this camera works fine. I don't know. I was unable to make it work with the Hik-Connect app on my iPhone because a problem with the app prevented it from activating the camera. The IVMS-4200 application on my Mac could not be installed initially -- not from a recognized developer and with a scary warning from Apple. Despite my better judgment I overrode the caution and installed it anyway. It could activate the camera but the camera remained "offline" nonetheless. And a third party NVR program recognized the camera but it continued as "offline". I never saw a picture from the camera. I gave up and returned the camera after ordering a Reolink camera, which installed easily and has functioned well.

I purchased this camera in August 2020 and Hikvision advertises a three year warranty. In July 2022 it suffered water intrusion and the lens fogged to the extent of not being able to discern an image, only fog. I contacted Hikvision for warranty support and they declined to warranty it due to "..either not from the North American region or from from an unauthorized Hikvision device (i.e. a rebrand)..."So be aware of Hikvision and their hidden policies to avoid warranty responsibility.
