The color is a rich yellow color and the taste is flavorful. This is the best ghee I’ve ever had before! And it comes in a GLASS jar instead of a plastic one which is healthier and more eco friendly. I will purchase again when I run out!

I've been sampling ghee. Wow. They can be wildly different. This one is currently my very favorite. Love that it is organic, grass fed. To me - it smells exactly like freshly toasted and butter bread. It has a lovely, rich butter flavor. It's way too expensive. But so good. It's fun to experiment cooking with Ghee which is butter that has had the milk solids removed. You could make your own. Probably more economical. But I love this brand. Also, it's a glass jar! No plastic. I say it's worth a try if you're trying ghee! Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. All of my reviews reflect my honest, personal experience with the reviewed item - your experience may be different. I am not influenced by any outside source. Best of all it’s made with 💯 USA produced certified organic unsalted butter from grass fed cows.Ideal for garlic fried rice, sautéed vegetables, pasta dishes and braised meats. The bottle is meticulously packaged to ensure it arrives intact. Strongly recommend this product/seller!
