The texture is incredibly smooth, and it spreads easily on toast, crackers, or even straight onto a spoon! What I love most is that it's made with natural ingredients, so there’s no need to stir it constantly like some other natural peanut butters. This is my 1st time to try this brand of peanut butter, & I was pleasantly surprised by its freshness. This is quite possibly the best peanut butter that I have ever tasted. It is far superior to Jiff which I have always purchased in the past as it was the brand that I grew up eating. I love how rich, smooth & creamy this peanut butter is making it easy to spread. It has just the right balance of salty & sweet. I like to eat peanut butter right out of the jar. I can appreciate 7 grams of protein being a vegetarian.I highly recommend this 40 oz. jar to feed a growing family or just one person. This jar of peanut butter will get eaten fast. I bet this peanut butter would make excellent Peanut Butter Cookies.This is an excellent snack that can be eaten with celery sticks, apples, or crackers.
