Bought this hoping to avoid buying a new rode go set as I have the original that doesn't have the new technology to connect with iPhone. This with the lightning cable to 3m adapter saved me around $200+ dollars and connected my original rode go's to my cell phone. Highly recommend if you already own the gear and just need a effect, cheaper fix.

Turn anything with an audio jack into a bluetooth enabled device with this cable and your phone. Had to do some hunting for the right app but "hear boost" checks all the right boxes, can turn off the screen, low latency, and free! My computer and my shortwave radio don't have bluetooth so this solution is perfect. Plug the TRS side into the device and the TRRS side into the phone and turn on the app and you can use bluetooth headphones to listen wirelessly!

Works as intended with a Rode mic and my Samsung S10. The adapter cable included with the Rode mic does not work with my phone and to everyone's credit, it is recommended that you purchase a TRS to TRRS for use with most phones.

The media could not be loaded. Works great -- needed a new cable for my iPhone mic. Remember you' will need a lighting cable adapter when using on your iPhone. No issues works as I was expecting

Cable doesnt work. Very frustrating. I waited nearly a week for this item and it doesn’t work, and I only realized after shooting multiple videos that the audio doesn’t work at all because of this cable. Essentially all of my video is useless at this point because it has no audio to accompany it. Thanks literally this cable only has one function and it doesnt work. Stick to buying brand names instead of this crappy dealer.
