I highly recommend trying this brand. I work in the healthcare industry and I’ve taken these in conjunction with zinc, vitamin C and vitamin D supplements and they work great. If you’re looking to boost your immune system, this is a must! Look up Zinc + Zinc ionophore. Yes, I take them as a homeopathic anti-viral and so far they’ve worked great! As with any supplement, check with your pharmacist/physician to ensure you won’t have any adverse reactions caused by previous medical diagnoses, or medications.

Not as effective as others I've tried. With the 'NOW' brand .... I take 800MG of Quercetin with 165mg of Bromelain at least once per day during my fall allergy season, & as many as 3 times per day on the worst days. This Revly brand I had to take 2 servings at least 2 times per day (4 servings total to clarify) and still wasn't without a stuffy nose or congestion, blowing my nose fairly often and sleeping half the night with an open and dry mouth. It's better than nothing and the price was worth trying it out, but in the end, I'll go with other options that are stronger & cheaper in the long run.

I felt like this did a pretty okay job, got me through my show I performed in and kept my vocals mostly in tact. It’s hard to give an unbiased review though bc I was also using lozenges and other vocal remedies

I hate when all that pollen starts building up on the ground, on cars, etc… everywhere!It messes w/ me - I wake up w/ my nose all plugged up & can’t breathe, my eyes get itchy sometimes… Not fun.I was taking generic Claritin, which works fine I guess, but I still feel that taking Quercetin is healthier for my body.I definitely can tell that the Quercetin works better for me than thr Claritin did, and it has no side effects. I can just tell that my body likes it better than the Claritin, if that makes sense.I don’t take any allergy medication or supplement all the time, just when it’s that time of year & I notice myself being affected.I also find it handy when I have to deal w/ cleaning up mold, since I’ve developed a pretty decent allergy to mold and sometimes encounter it in my work.Quercetin works! If you have allergies, try it!I tried the Bolo brand since some of the others can be expensive- this one works just the same as any of the others I’ve used over the years.
