I’ve had major lasik surgery years sho—they cur so much that my formerly round eyeballs now have a flat surface. I depend on Refresh Plus so that my eyes do not ho painfully dry.But here is something I just discovered : THIS STUFF MELTS THE HARD CRUSTS that form around a dog’s tear ducts!!My little Pom suffered from those and any way I tried to soften and remove those hard crusts pulled at his tender skin. I tried soaking with warm water then gentle pressure but it still hurt the little guy and he hated it. Tried the top products on Bolo.No luck.The other nite I thought “what the heck” and squeezed a drop of Refresh Tears Plus into one of the Pom’s eyes. The test overflowed into the hardened crusty bit and when I gently wiped to soak up the excess tear stuff, the crusty stuff had turned liquid and was wiped away also!So I just tried this trick on my husband’s Maltese who gets huge crusts. Worked beautifully again!The dogs were so happy —eye crusties all gone and no pain or fuss. Really fast-and no scrubbing or pulling!!

The two of us have used this for years. In my opinion they are the best. During the summer we put a bottle in the refrigerator. the cold drops are very soothing.

I have used Refresh tears for quite a few years. I have never had a problem with this product. Although I have not opened this package yet, I have no doubt that it will be as good as it always is.

I have really dry eyes and use Refresh tears throughout the day, every day. In light of the recent issues with some other "store" brands of drops with bacteria and eye injuries/loss of sight, I have continued to stick with Refresh drops as they have continued to be reliable for me and I've never had an issue with them. The only issue I had with this delivery was the packaging. The product box was inside a bubble mailer instead of a cardboard box, and was damaged and opened. The bottles were floating around inside the mailer, outside of the box. If the bottles didn't have their own safety seal intact, I would have had to return them. Luckily each bottle's seal was intact so I can trust they are still safe.

I have really dry eyes and use Refresh tears throughout the day, every day.
