My biggest struggle is staying focused during long work sessions, especially in the afternoons. I don't want to feel over-stimulated, but I need to be sharp. These capsules provide a clear, focused energy. It's not a hyped-up feeling, it's more like my thoughts are clearer and I can concentrate on tasks for longer without getting distracted. It helps me power through complicated reports without feeling overwhelmed.

I take 1 of these every day (along with drinking coffee- I’m a bit of a caffeine junky...) and it really helps me through the day.I take a medication at night to help me with sleep and these really help battle the groggy feeling that I usually experience. These give me a much need boost of energy & focus, noticeably more so than when I am just drinking coffee.

Please note that I am reviewing this product as a routine coffee drinker.For someone hoping to use the product as a replacement for my morning cup of coffee, I was disappointed. While it did provide some energy and alertness, it didn’t provide the amount that I had expected based on the product description. But I understand that my experience will be hard to generalize because everyone’s tolerance of and sensitivity to caffeine and L-theanine will be unique. Overall, it was moderately effective for me. If you’re a routine or heavy caffeine consumer, don’t expect the recommended dose to have much of an impact.

When it comes to supplements, there isn't much to say: the product does what it is supposed to do and not at a hyper inflated price like its competitors. The veggie capsules are absolutely fine and are not the super low quality ones I've seen from alternative suppliers (nothing inherently wrong with those capsules, but they do make it less enjoyable to swallow than the ones used by PuriSure).I did see a negative review complaining about the inclusion of silica (which is listed on the ingredient list). Contrary to what the review says, silica/silicon dioxide is recognized as safe by the FDA and the ingredient has no risk of toxicity (flushed well by your kidneys). It is likely included in the ingredients to act as an anticaking agent to avoid the powder inside the capsules from clumping together.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:My biggest struggle was always the afternoon slump, where I'd just lose all my energy. I started taking one of these after lunch, and it totally prevents that feeling. I stay alert and productive without feeling restless.

These gave me 😱🤯😳anxiety like something bad is about to happen, my body shakes, increases my pulse rate. They give me a feeling of extreme ☹️😫😩sadness. They keep me awake but that side effect of impending DOOM, Off they go in the trash 🚮 🙁
