The readings seem to be more accurate and even read when a patient has cold hands/fingers. The light on the display is bright enough to make it easier to read. The numbers are large, which also aids in making it more user friendly. Comes with a case, and a lanyard so that you can wear it around your neck.

    This pulse ox has gotten a reading when my high end unit would not. Weird but if it works it works. Fits nicely. Works as it should. Allows you to clip the display and change the orientation as well. Large lettering allows quick and easy reading of values. Nice lanyard to keep track of it.
