Tastes as great as it is unique. Wasnt sure about the added chia, but we were wrong. My wife said it's her new favorite pasta, and I have to agree. We try and eat as clean and healthy as we can, in today's world that's not as easy as it sounds. I was surprised to see that there was only one ingredient on the package "Organic Rice" - Makes us feel a lot better knowing 'what' and 'where' it comes from, while still being able to actually pronounce it. We will definitely be ordering more!

We use these rice noodles almost every day now. I love that the packaging makes it easy to store in the pantry. The noodles cook up fast with hot water / microwave. They’ve been used as a base for almost every dish that we would use wheat noodles in now and have been a great substitute. Thumbs up!

I really like this pasta, it helps me eating less gluten, I am not gluten-sensitive, but I love bread and this pasta helps me reducing the amount of wheat I eat. Is great with sauteed mushrooms and vegan mozzarella. Don't forget to add nutritional yeast!

I have wheat and egg allergies, and haven't had pasta or noodles of any kind for over a year. Made these yesterday, and love the texture. I boiled mine 4 minutes and turned off the heat, letting them finish gently for maybe 20 minutes while I finished the rest of the meal. I've tried rice noodles before and they were a disaster, mushy and gross. My primary goal was to not pass al dente, which is why I cooked them this way. YUM!

This is an awesome pack of noodles! The first one that I tried was the chia pad Thai noodles and they came out perfect! I really love them because they didn’t get soggy like rice noodles usually do. They had a great texture, kind chewy and worked perfectly in a homemade veggie broth. My toddler loved them too which made me happy. I will definitely keep these in my rotation.
