I've always liked Pentel. I've had quite a few through the years. This time, I needed some pens that easily wrote in green ink.I bought some green pens from another well-known --- and usually reputable --- pen manufacturer a couple of years ago. I was able to use a couple of those pens. But when I went to use the 3rd one out of the box, it was very difficult to get it to start writing. I used a scratch pad and it must've taken me almost five minutes before the ink started flowing. Once it did, it was unreliable. It would work sometimes; and sometimes, it would just suddenly stop writing or write in spurts. I recently tried a couple of more of those pens and they all failed right away. That's when I gave up, threw that box away, and ordered these Pentel green ink pens. (I have had boxes of red and blue ink pens from that other manufacturer for several years and when I need a new one, I just take one out of storage and it works fine. The green ones, however, don't work very well, if at all.)So, I bought these. I tested several and they all work fine at the moment. I expect that these will last longer in storage than those of the other brand. We'll see. But the price for these was good and they do a great job of writing in green ink, which is what I needed.

The color is great! Nice to grip, writes very smooth and the ink does not bleed or need time to dry. Overall a great pen!

The circumference of the pen is good and the grip is easy and comfortable to use. The ink flows nicely but does smudge slightly. I've ordered 2 different colors and may order again.✅I pay for ALL my stuff/my reviews are all my own with no inducements.

I purchase colored pens for myself and my beloved co-worker, who I have now spoiled. His green pen ran out of ink, so ME TO THE RESUE! Got it and presented it and he LOVED IT! Had the right fine print, so no need to worry about any bleeding. THANKS FOR THE AID TO MY RESCUE!

The ink showed up lighter than expected, like it had been partially used and returned (it was in package and unopened, but closest description I can come up with) :)

Nice colours but not a fine tip
If you, like me, are a fan of these RSVP Fine Tip pens, then you will likely be disappointed with these. I really love writing with the RSVP Fine Tip pens, so I was excited for these retractable ones in these nice colours however, only the green one is truly fine tip. The others are thicker. For most people, this probably doesn't matter and they do work and write nicely, but if you know, you know. These will not satisfy your craving for the RSVP fine tip!
