Not only do I have thicker hair but the quality of my hair has changed, I went from having frizzy unruly hair, no matter what product I used to turn frizz into curls, but my hair is full of body and straight. Not stringy straight, full body straight.I no longer have any stomach aches after I eat so I can only surmise that my gut health has improved as well. These products come flavored but I prefer the non-flavored version to mix into my morning smoothie where I also add their Super Greens powder, Collustrum (Lemon Bar is my preferred flavor) and Pure Bone Protein.Ancient Nutrition powdered productions are almost a fine silt and blend easily. I was worried that my use of all of these products to rely on for all my nutritional needs was going to give me a poor report on my next fasting blood test. Instead it did the opposite. All of my blood levels were on target and any deficiencies I was experiencing vanished like the wind.If you are thinking about improving your health and have worries about thinning hair or nails that either won't grow long or easily break, I recommend Ancient Nutritions College products.

I’ve really enjoyed using the Ancient Nutrition Multi Collagen Protein. The flavor is mild, not overpowering or unpleasant like some other collagen powders I’ve tried. I usually mix it into my morning coffee or smoothies and it blends in easily without clumping. After a few weeks of consistent use, I noticed my skin looking more refreshed and my joints feeling a bit better too. The ingredient list is clean and it feels like a quality product. I’ll definitely be repurchasing!

I have tried a few other collagen brand, but this one works really well. I have noticed a difference in my skin (clearer) and energy throughout the day. I usually drink it in the afternoon, a little after lunch. Personally, I think it helps with a boost of energy in the middle of the day The strawberry lemonade flavor is actually really good compared to other flavored collagen powder brands. The power usually does not clump up, as long as you use room temperature water, then add ice (if you want to have it in a cold drink).

Since starting, I’ve noticed a real difference in my skin and hair—even though I’m also taking hair supplements, this collagen has clearly contributed. My skin had taken a toll from years of sun exposure, age, and significant weight loss, but it’s visibly more hydrated and resilient now.There is a very slight “collagen-y” taste, but it’s mild and completely manageable—especially in coffee or smoothies. I've been using this for about 6 months now and I LOVE it! It's helped in so many ways! Git health is better, joint pain is minimal where it was constant and so painful, even my hair and nails are growing and finally looking healthy! It doesn't have a taste so I can add it to anything without it impacting the taste. It blends well, adds protein and so, so many benefits! This brand is on several 'TOP 5' brands and I can tell you, it's worth it! I've spent so much money on cheaper alternatives that did nothing for me. I now have this on auto-replenishbecause it's just that good!

I have been using Ancient Nutrition collagen for years now with outstanding resultsto my health. I mix it into my morning coffee. It blends well and is tasteless. I usually use 2 scoops to boost my protein. My skin, hair, nails and joints are doing very well for a Woman over 60.

I love this collagen powder and after taking it for a few months, I figured out that’s why my nails have been growing! I originally took it for my hair because it’s thinning on top and I have noticed it’s filling in and I LOVE the taste of this Cucumber lime! The lemonade strawberry not so much but I drank it anyway. I love this stuff! Effectiveness:I also read the reviews and this one did well
Pros- Genuine. Cons- cost 3 times as US.

La vdd sí siento cambio al consumir este producto. Empecé a ingerirlo porque después de correr (en caminadora) me duelen las articulaciones al flexionar la rodilla. El colágeno me ha ayudado a sentir poco o nulo dolor después de correr.
